I am beginning to slowly believe that our lives were all placed into this planet for a reason that is being demolished by some of the people functioning and controlling it. If you don’t like something, if you hate something, if something bothers you, you should change it.

The television feeds perception signals these days, we reside in a generic material society, fueled by greed and gasoline, sex and magazines. The word “God” alone has been so corrupt, and perverted, church and religions have been faithless.

To me, this life is more incomplex and simple. If you can sit humbly inside yourself and simply think outside of the green paper our lives revolve around, as well as time, size and space you may begin to see a smaller picture, yet the most important one, and that is that we were created to help the planet as a whole, love your neighbor and spread kind words and wisdom, to learn and to teach.

See yourself as one with the world, no better then a grain of sand or a body of water or an oak tree. Everything plays a part in the creation puzzle, Insanity is the struggle to piece it all together, although I highly doubt our purpose is to dress up our temporary earth-bodies to look like a model and park a shiny car in a sixteen car garage.

It digs like nails in my skin to know the self confidence issues most teenagers and adults obtain come from the media and publications. If we could only see the world as a lesson, rather a competition.

Love is real, not only the hug and kiss type but the love that creates happiness and fulfillment.

The more I learn, the less I laugh.

The closer I get, the faster I walk past.

It’s quick and easy to grasp, but a task to do the math,

I’m writing the answers on napkins,

and writing you love letters on maps.

The further I walk, the less I want to turn back.

My name is Mat Musto, and since I'm expecting to post some pretty in depth stuff, I should probably introduce myself. So, it's nice to meet you. I'm independent and young. I don't rely on other people to make myself happy, or to get what I want or need. I like people, so I try to surround myself with them at all times. Because of this, I'm excellent at reading people and gauging their reactions, which means I can be pretty manipulative when I have to be. I have a good head on my shoulders, and, for the most part, I know how to use it. I'm a song writer and singer, so keep your eyes out for it. I'm on iTunes at the moment. I'll probably have a few posts about that in the future. I can guarantee that much. I actually only made this so I can keep my thoughts fairly organized, as I can be very scatterbrained. I'm very stubborn, and I won't give up or back down until I win. I'll insist that I'm right, even when I know I'm wrong. However, I see both sides to the argument, and I'll respect your opinion, which means you should respect mine. I'm very open-minded and adaptive, and I love change. I take a chance on anything at least once, but I wait until the right time to do so. I'm a risk-taker, not an idiot. I'm hardly ever serious. I love joking around, but I can be very hard to read. I assure you, even when it seems like I'm serious, I'm probably not. I'm just good at keeping a straight face. I'm sarcastic and witty, and I could probably turn your own words against you in almost any instance. I almost always only pay attention halfway. The part of me that isn't listening to you is thinking about everything imaginable. But don't take that to mean that I won't listen to you. My mind just goes at a break-neck speed all the time, and I'm just trying to keep up with it the best I can. I don't sleep much, and I don't eat much. I have too much to accomplish and too little time to do it. Even when it seems like I'm doing nothing, I'm planning for something else. But, just like the rest of us, I'm waiting for something, anything, everything, to happen. I have to be up in an hour and a half, so I think that's enough meeting me for now.
