Kenmore Elite dryer won’t heat. Only 3 years old! $450 to fix $900 dryer. Called Sears. Got Elani then transferred to Greg then Brian who hung up on me. Called back got Martin then Zelli who hung up on me. I was polite entire time. No help. Too bad. Sell you a warranty though. Any reputable company would have shipped me the part for free. I’ll never buy Sears junk again. Arrogant & Rude Customer Service. Poor Quality products. No one can make a $100 decision for customer satisfaction.
