Hi, everyone!! It’s been over a year since I’ve been here which is wild.

I decided to return briefly because some of you were very kind to me then and donated to my moving away fundraiser, and I’d like to repay those people. If you donated, please submit a screenshot of your receipt to me with your PayPal email address and I will pay you back in full - please just bear in mind that I may not be able to refund everyone immediately as my salary is far from colossal.

I would also like to give something back, so if any of you are running fundraisers or know someone who is, please let me know and I’ll give what I can.

John waits until Mary is out of ear shot before he crouches down and sighs, placing a hand on the grave stone.

i was really hoping i could do this on my own but with the end of my lease coming up on september 30th i figured that if I’m going to ask for help i better do it soon. so here’s the deal:

i have the money i need for deposit / first months rent on basically … any apartment or house i could possible want in tucson. that’s not the issue.

the problem is getting there. my mom has graciously offered to drive myself and blossom from chicago to tucson. oh my god fae that’s so long why don’t you fly? hi have you met my cat? she’ll die. anyway.

renting a uhaul trailer is going to cost where from $230-350. gas and motels for the night will add up, too. my mom will help but i want to take as much of the financial burden off her as possible, so I’m only asking for $500. i work two full time jobs and have about $600 saved so far to cover emergencies. by september 30 i plan to have at least another $600 saved- but things go on wrong sometimes, you know?

i’m stuck out on mobile and the answer to this requires some sitting-down time and a full keyboard.

Every summer, my friend and I go to the lake for a weekend. I had recently discovered the Sherlock fandom and had delved into fanfic for the first time. So I brought my iPad with me and I was reading a huge multi chapter fic and my friend asked what I was reading and I told her. I explained fanfic to her. And unsurprisingly, she absolutely teased me about it.

I love my friend but she is not with the social media. She doesn't get fandoms. She doesn't get shipping or fan art or fanfic. She only knows of the stigmas surrounding it. She only knows the 'rabid fangirl' stereotype.

I remember telling my brother if I ever watched The Hobbit, it'd be for MF and Bagginshield and his response was "gross".
