So here’s the gist of their story

Gist:

Maite, a free spirited artist, meets Camino, a beautiful young girl with a talent for art, and is hell bent on teaching her painting and improve her work.

Camino who’s already been entranced by Maite’s boldness and charm, is all too eager to agree to the classes much to her mother’s displeasure.

As time flies, Maite and Camino discover new feelings and toe dangerous lines as their love for each other tries to break free of societal shackles.

Will the couple face all the odds and strive to be together? Or will they succumb to the prevalent homophobia during their era? Watch and find out!!

Well now we’ve got a mushy lesbian storyline that does the same! Trust me y’all it’s 10000x better!

This movie is all about mush, love at first sight and just heart warming content! It’s a feel great movie to be honest!!

There’s good humour, pretty girls, flower shops, soft gazing and a happy ending guys!!!

Flower girl meets the gaze of the bride on the aisle, boom they both know there’s a connection. Bride thinks it’s too late becasue .... bride? But the chemistry between them is undeniable as the unsuspecting best man invites flower girl for dinner with the newlyweds. Does she save her marriage or follow her heart?

I understand if you think the gist sounds very shady and like bitch please this a cheating storyline??

But don’t worry, it doesn’t look anything like it sounds, it’s a very fun romcom and everything turns out good for both parties!

Warning:

As mentioned above, If you feel sensitive towards the cheating aspect maybe don’t watch it. But trust me it’s a fun movie. But you don’t have to watch it if you don’t want to ! No pressure!

Sarah Waters is the Lesbian Dickens y’all!! This book delivers just as much. Victorian era women discovering their sexuality hits different trust me! Now add an element of crime, murder and goth into it and Voila! Fingermsith!

This book is a mixture of wonderful writing, gripping plot and mind blowing twists so it will definitely satisfy the reader in you!

Now for the most awaited content:

They share kisses, beds and dreams y’all! What more can we expect?? It’s all so sensually written that you feel yourself transported to a different era, with decorous gowns and laces amidst the stream of love!

This is the perfect book to relate to if you are curious about your sexuality or if you have just discovered yourself as a lesbian! The slow burn romance and the confused feelings all add up to an amazing read. And not to mention there is some erotic content in there too... don’t expect a lot but it’s still in there!

Gist:

Susan Trinder, an orphan who grew up among thieves decides to repay them by entangling herself in a devious and treacherous plot to destroy the life of naive Miss Maud Lily. But will she be able to plot the downfall of a young lady that she may have...feelings for? Is that the plan?

Heads up:

Some of you might find the start to be a little dragging, but take my word for it... it definitely deserves your time! Hold on and stay with the book... it will surely be one hell of a ride.

And for my fellow lesbians who don’t have the patience to read, BBC has done y’all a favor by making a mini series! Definitely worth a watch, I would personally say it didn’t meet the bar that the book set, but that’s just the reader in me 😉

This is the rebooted version of shera and like the Heman series, the gayest of series from the 90s 😏

This show is not limited to just lesbian content (absolute gem), it also has other forms of lgbtq+ representation and is a sound enternainer in terms of story line and gorgeous animation.

Now to feed all the lesbians here,

It’s worth the wait y’all, the ship is canon so don’t worry about either of them dying!

The angst, the cuteness and all the gay panic moments are to die for! They are constantly at each other’s throats and completely indecisive about it; do we wanna kill each other or kiss ?

And if y’all wanna watch a wholesome show with positive representation, amazing female friendships and bonding please don’t waste any time.

Adora belongs to the Horde with her “best friend” Catra, a group of people raised to destroy princesses. But will things remain the same when Adora discovers her true self? Will they continue to have each other’s back?

This show isn’t just for lgbtq+ content guys, it has the best action, bonding, love (all forms), people from almost all the spectrums, amazing angst and the best redemption arc I’ve seen.

This is a short YouTube series with 7 episodes, each episode is about five to six minutes long. So it’s your perfect series to binge watch when you are craving for some good representation.

The whole series is an absolute eye-candy, the direction, shots and cinematography is so beautiful it will take your breath away. And need I say it? The actresses have enough sexual tension between them that you can slice it with a knife!

Gist:

When a hot airport security meets her ex girlfriend in Warsaw, sparks fly in and old memories rise up to the surface. But will the present mirror the past or will they discover new roads?

There’s good representation, beautiful screen time and amazing chemistry. A definite watch if you love short, beautiful and to the point series with hot people on board ;)

An absolutely delightful period-drama series, packed with humour, sass and dapper!

Gentleman Jack follows the true story of Miss Annie Lister who identified as a lesbian even before the word came to be! Miss Lister maintains a coded diary which accounts for all of her adventurous travels and her beautiful lady lovers and through this series, we experience all of her encounters once again.

If you are wondering about the lgbt content, the series has ample screen time for Miss Lister and her wonderful Miss Walker.

The story is packed with Miss Lister’s spontaneity, sarcasm and her dapper personality. The sheer amount of her lesbian energy is an absolute feast.

Portrait Of A Lady On Fire (French)

This absolute masterpiece of a film should be a must watch in your list of lesbian movies. If you love some slow burn but serious eye-flirting which then moves on to something way steamy, this is the right movie for you!

Marianne is a painter who’s summoned to create a wedding portrait of our beautiful Heloise who lives in an isolated island, but Marianne must keep her identity secret.

The encounters between these two wonderful women who slowly realize they are falling in love with each other will definitely make you swoon.

The cinematography, dialogues and the lack of background score truly enhance the beauty of this film which adds up to the off-the-charts chemistry between the actresses.
