Oh good! A Skaia token. This thing let's any holder access universal inventory and is a universal pocket for yourself. You decide to connect it to your back in an effort to access the internal game-play mechanics. 

And here is why stuff gets lost here. Cosmic hotel. Hovering just outside of the milky way galaxy. 

Let's try this from another angle. Ah. Our work place. We work as maintenance man at this hotel. In all our years here, we've amassed a small collection of crap that people have left behind or forgotten. Like you for one. 

You decide to look around in the effort to find anything of use. All you see from this angle is your house and you appear to have left your keys inside. Drat.
