breaking my almost 2 year silence on something that’s annoyed me to no end in this community but student b from mizu5 should draw just as much animosity as students a and c. that boy was a whole ass bystander and only told the other two to shut it because ena was there and he didn’t want to get caught talking shit about mizuki in front of one of mizuki’s friends. he wasn’t trying to stop them because he gave a fuck, he agreed with what his friends were saying and you can tell by the way he talks/the specific WAY he tells his friends to stop that he does and just didn’t want any trouble. that’s not better than what the other two were doing. if mizuki was on the roof alone with those three instead of ena he wouldn’t have done a damn thing and deserves to be just as hated in this community as his friends. the universal pass he’s been given for doing absolutely fucking nothing while mizuki gets talked about to ena behind her back confounds me.

OH and the cards for this event show mizuki wandering in the snow with a broken lamp and a sad smile and the cards is titled ‘reverse hermit’ [include me explaining the tarot meaning]. and ena’s card matches hers but her light is on and she’s leaving spring behind her to go look for mizuki in the snow with a worried expression and her card is titled ‘hermit searcher’. and the cards for the event when ena manages to bring mizuki back after she had ghosted her after being outed show the two of them smiling at each other under a rain of cherry blossoms with white dresses and promise rings.” my friends’ jaws were on the floor. and by that point i hadnt even told them about knmf and their codependent lesbian relationship shenanigans. their sickfic ahh event. or how they canonically live together after mafuyu runs away from home. or explained in detail the mizuena5 delirium. or how chillingly well mafuyu’s enmeshed relationship with her mom is told. i hadnt even shown them any other card nor told them about the “whither this path of thorns vs with wounded hands” symbolism nor explored any of the wild themes in regards to kanade’s survivor guilt and savior complex and grief or ena’s relationship with her father and art and so much more and yet they thought i had already explained the wildest thing about these girls. when everything about them is insane and makes ME insane. and im supposed to be normal about these four?? im rattling the bars of my cage

wonder what it was like for ena to slowly realize that mizuki, who spends all her time acting like an insufferable idiot, is in reality super smart and specifically much smarter than her.
