Yes, this was long overdue, however, I’ve had an incredibly busy week and I wasn’t able to play TS4 at all. I got this place done this weekend, though! I just got Jungle Adventure and the new build and buy items look incredible! I haven’t made a Spanish villa sort of house in TS4, and I’ve grown tired of modern looking houses, so this is what I came up with. I really wanted to build one with a central courtyard, since I am absolutely in love with those. Overall, I’m really happy with this, and I might want to make this for Oasis Springs in my own game.

Overall, thank you all for all the support you’ve given me! Since starting my Simblr, I’ve made a bunch of new friends, gotten a ton of love, and had so much fun with it. You’re all the best! I’ll continue posting stuff on my blog as much as possible in the future, and hopefully I get more things out during the summer.

I might as well be posting these at a mile a minute, right? Anyways, I’ve dreamed of building a mid-century modern house but never got to it, but I put the icing on the cake and built it on a penthouse. Besides, it seems that penthouse lots are kinda scarce these days, so I’ve come to the rescue. I’ve taken the liberty of doing a teensy tiny bit of furnishing, since this is such a big lot. It’s to get a general idea of where furnishings can go, the style of it, and so on. I left the rest up to you!

When you play with this lot, take the time to press that tab button and look around. There are proper vaulted ceilings! These took forever to properly fit together for each bedroom. The great room and the master look fantastic with these vaulted ceilings, but the hallway and the bedrooms have them, too. Additionally, the place looks best in the afternoon, as all that light pours into the great room, and it looks brilliant in screenshots.

I figured that thanks to everyone supporting me, in return I want to give you all a small gift! Being as a first upload, I went light on the CC so anyone can download it, and left it unfurnished so you all can add your own touches. I wanted something that matches with the east coast look of Brindleton Bay, and I feel that this house does it very well. It’s not open plan, but that adds to the charm that this house has.

I don’t normally make posts like this but….

If you know anything about me you know that my dog is my best friend in the world. I love her so much and I would do anything for her. Today, that included beating a vicious dog off of her that attacked her in our yard.

The dog still got her good though. She has broken blood vessels in her eyes, several puncture wounds, and a hole though her jaw. 

I am so so sad and I’m crying writing this because my sweet sweet puppy lost a little of her spark today. She is the happiest, most loving girl and today she is fragile and scared after being attacked viciously by a much larger dog. It breaks my heart to see her this way.

I’m writing this because I need help to make sure that my little girl can be cared for. She needs surgeries to seal up the open wounds in her face and give her the necessary medication to heal her eyes so she doesn’t lose half her vision. I am a college student and a freelance designer, so I don’t have the extra $965 to make sure that my little girl is okay.

So I ask if you can give anything at all, even $1 or $5 to help my little family, it would mean the world to us during this very scary situation. I can make edits, designs for anyone who donates to show my appreciation. 

This would mean so much to my baby girl and make sure that she doesn’t have medical complications for the rest of her life.
