Scion Wesley learned how to make the porxies after the WoL and Scions returned from the First so he could help cure tempering. He decided to keep his porxie a regular in his work to help those with aether imbalances or those with aether sickness here and there.

After the Final Days, she kept Wesley balanced while he figured out why his aether was all over the place, adjusting to his body's newly bolstered ability to absorb ambient dynamis. He learned how to keep the dynamis from interrupting his aetherflow and gradually stopped summoning Porkchop because she "cramps his style". (He thinks it's weird to have a flying pig fairy thing following him around. It's the least strange thing about Wesley, and yet.)

He's since discovered how to change her size from a tiny little thing into a creature big enough to ride. She makes for a great taxi now that his chocobo Nistra is busy caring for his seikret baby Lysa, and his lanner Dahlia can't always go to the same places as Porkchop.
