I know you are on Twitter and I think the whole freak fan base need to get a grip. Ferguson wanted to be raped both from her psychiatrist and in the shower from Lucy. Why can you not see that she wanted that to happen so she can get sympathy and get a crew to protect her? She has always been a bitch from day one and did horrible things to people so it's just justice what happened. Why are you all freaking out about it, it happens in shows all the time! I wasn’t even going to dignify you with a response but how disgusting….. Please go back to school get educated about the meaning of rape then come back. This is more disturbing to me, the fact that all I have seen have been nasty, not accurate and negative comments not about rape but about a rape victim!!! I’m in total shock of the lack of empathy that has been shown by this scene. Joan Ferguson did not plan either rape. It is FACT that Stella( the blonde inmate from juices gang) over heard Doreen asking Vera about Joan having a shower while the rest were at lunch[wont let me insert pics on this reply otherwise I would] she also didn’t let her psychiatrist rape her ! Is she going to use these ordeals to her advantage yes we have seen that in the preview of next episode. That is the same for her ‘smile’ at the end. No matter of her previous behaviour or wether you are a fan of her or not no one deserves and or wants to be raped and gang raped. I’m disgusted by this comment you & you should be ashamed of your self. It’s actually very concerning to me and I do suggest you seek medical help if you can not identify with empathy at all and think rape is ever wanted or deserved. Pity you couldn’t upload the pics to prove a point! I can’t believe the audacity of some people….jeeze get a clue! I hadn’t be online all day and this is what greets me before bed….Jings, Crivvens and help ma boab! Yeah, well seeing they’ve posted under ‘Anon’ ooh original! Because no doubt if you had posted under a username, your so-called rationale (ha) would’ve been tore to shreds, not to mention flooded with hate mail and/or “normal” functional people that can distinguish the difference between a set up (the fat blonde on juice’s crew), CLEARLY overheard the chat then when running to inform her crew. Also Joan and Bea had an arrangement, Joan told Bea when she’d be in the showers, she wouldn’t put up a fight and pick Bea, to do the bashing. It’s as clear as day that Joan is shocked by the arrival of Juice and Co. And if you argue 'Oh! She didn’t fight back when getting ganged, blah…fuckin blah!’ First it’s three or four on one! Juice and the fat blonde alone have significant weight difference over Joan so a strategic hit/punch…she’d go down like a sack of spuds!

Inhales, as for the dear doctor….he’s got the perfect set up, abusing vulnerable patients who if they complained p, other would assume 'Oh, they’re off their rocker….couldn’t tell you what day of the week it is but insist that the doctor is abusing them’.

The potential to drug said patient (similar to date rape) and they have no recollection of the attack. Joan in the psych unit IS a vulnerable patient, from the flashbacks…touching her, that could be conflicting messages. He’s offering comfort or potential flirting….emmmmm just simply a no go. Patients can easily misinterpret a genuine doctor/nurse/other health professional by reading something different.

Similar to prison, you can’t expect Joan (clear mind or not) to consent, she’s a patient. The guards/screw in the prison would be sacked/investigated for this 'consensual’ relationship/fling/one time/regular fuck….prisoners and patients are relying on these professionals to keep them safe and offer help, not to abuse their power.
