Afternoon post #gym #snack. Rye crispbread with ripe tomatoes, a smidge of low fat natural yoghurt and chilli salt and freshly ground pepper. I usually make this with cottage cheese but I was all out so I've had to improvise. Now off to the #softball #game !!

What an inspirational group of people. Some of these guys have paved the way for young # gayathletes So #proud to call one of them my #partner . And what lovely company she keeps - they are a very attractive bunch these #lgbtqi athletes and such role models in our community !!
