gentle reminder that false positivity can become incredibly toxic and it is much healthier to recognize your emotions and make space for them. you cannot integrate shadow work or healing until your emotions are expressed appropriately (through whichever channels resonate most) so please be weary of repression, masking your true feelings, denying the existence of negativity or portraying happiness as opposed to truly embodying it, and for the sake of others, do not project 'good vibes only' onto those who embrace their emotional range. validation is important and so is inspiring hope. dismiss nothing. trust me when i say that you aren't vibrationally low or difficult to be around when accepting and navigating your negative feelings—you are simply human and you have every right to an authentic life experience.
