I have problems with my graphic tablet, which has made it difficult to draw on it, and I'm busy man boy male now and recently got a job, (I guess?) so I don't think I'll be able to draw every day, but that's okay

Phinjeet month

That's most wonderful time of the year!!!

I was somewhere yesterday, so I didn't make it to the first day, hope that's not a problem

The irony of it is that I'm the one who come up with Phinjeet month, but I'm a horrible organizer, so idk what I'm gonna do to it but doesn't matter we have a freedom so everyone who ready to participate doing literally everything you want it's Phinjeet month not some kind of challenge (except for Phinjeet week which will be done by Phinji)

most watchdogs are polyamorous & very free with their affection. Peepers finds this revolting and looks down on it. Some of the watchdogs like to really bait him on it.

Me when my subordinates are all lovey mushy mushy so easily with eachother and it's DISGUSTING and the one I want never holds ME like that so openly.

I think about how they were all SO immediately open to pairing up and smootching "in the greatest" in the place of the binglebops and how it's incredibly unlikely they all had a specific partner and right next to them to do that with in a second's call. I've been thinking about this since my first ever watch. I even remembered that they swapped partners after my first watch which was incorrect but like the vibe was SO largely that they might as well.

I obviously don't think they are all poly, just majority of em and some of them are more pda about it than others. I feel like generally they don't smother it in Peepers face(cuz they just wanna be left in peace), but there's always gotta be those FEW and they piss Peepers off real bad.

Also they have many full on smootching rooms on the skullship? Who is using those? Hater definetly not. I could see him having at least one to himself that he believes he'll use but like MULTIPLE? And then he said "we" and not "I" when Peepers questioned him on the smootching room in his "floor plans" of Dominator's ship. He could have said I have multiple. He said we have. Which to me implies that the SKULLSHIP has them in use, not just him. Who is using those if not the watchdogs?

I like to think Peepers has really complained about the watchdogs being so mushy and Hater digging up at his ear canal looked like he totally wasn't listening but then off handedly at some point told the watchdogs to add more smootching rooms and keep it there(so Peepers wouldn't have to see it.) and Peepers wasn't really informed cuz Hater forgat and also doesn't really care that much. Also he'd just be angry about it anyway, soo...

as a kid being in the fandom when i was barely 12 (almost five years ago now), i’d get unreasonably upset seeing any post or fanwork indicating anything about the comics or og shows were better. maturing is growing up and actually looking back on some of these things and realizing that they do actually do a lot of this stuff better…

i don’t like the shift in dt17’s gosalyn where she’s suddenly a crazy competent genius kid?? like girl you’re 11. who are you staying with. are you in a foster home?? or is one gosalyn waddlemeyer’s whereabouts unknown to authorities and no one is searching for the orphaned kid. how is she so well trained in how to track down people and break into places. WHERE did she get a CROSSBOW. why does she know how to use it and who even gave it to her?? if we assume she stole it, again how does she even know how to use it?

as many issues i take with the changes to gosalyn herself, i think i actually hate more how those changes effect the characters around her. namely launchpad and drake. i don’t like how gosalyn’s situation instead has drake seeing her as a criminal and how launchpad has to be the one nudge them together. i appreciate drake and launchpad coparenting gosalyn as much as the next drakepad shipper, but it’s undeniable that drake comes before launchpad in terms of father-daughter stuff. they shouldn’t have needed someone to help them bond with each other, no matter how clashing they may seem.

the reason gosalyn likes drake so much in the old show isn’t that he’s some awesome vigilante or that he’s trying to save her from bulba. it’s because drake sees her as a good and spirited kid rather than a problem child. he sees past her “troublemaking” and instead sees her as a good kid in a tough spot. dt17… completely ditches that. he needs launchpad to convince him to give her a chance. launchpad is instead the one to believe in gosalyn. it ruins so much of their dynamic just to shoehorn launchpad in. i think drake and gosalyn deserved to bond just as much as they did in the og show’s opener, without launchpad. launchpad fostering a relationship with gosalyn can come later on. trying too hard to include launchpad just makes gosalyn and drake’s side of things feel shallow.

like just knee-jerk reaction, when i say “backyard gang” do you think of irving in that group too?
