Hello! A 30 minute workout is awesome! Don't diminish your doing of a thing! From a logical standpoint it isn't true or helpful. 30 minutes is genuinely good and studies have shown pretty consistently that people do better with positive reinforcement and encouragement over being put down or constantly demanding more. From an emotional standpoint you should be nicer to yourself! You deserve better! I will fight you! Kinda! I will throw things at you in spirit!
But seriously, 30 minutes is lots. You gotta compare it to not exercising as opposed to some idyllic standard that isn't actually grounded in, you know. Life. If the whole topic of movement stuff is ever of interest to you I have a decent amount of knowledge in that area and am happy to say words back and forth. Or do challenges or something to make it more engaging.
Also please do not try weight loss pills off of Amazon. That does not sound trustworthy. Or effective.
Remember to hydrate and nom and zzz. Hydrate needs an onomatopoeia (why are there four vowels in a row? Greek please) type word. I don't really like slurp for it
I did enjoy my workout. I will do longer tonight. I ate something semi unbalanced so I’m gonna balance it out.
I did not buy the pill stuff
