I think we all can be sympathetic to the “they deserve what’s coming to them because they were doing the same thing” mentality but this is just outright revenge in order to spread chaos in pursuit of “dismantaling the hierarchy.”

If he was truly against these acts of hurting the innocent because of power than he wouldn’t be acting in the exact same way

And while I’m not a fan of many characters in Unordinary due to this sense of righteousness because of their power, John has began to EXPLICITLY hurt innocent people (Remi) in order to ??? Get back at Arlo ??? Dismantle the hierarchy ???

If he truly wants to dismantle the hierarchy, it’s not by playing into the hierarchy. And there have been NO indications that he has ANY plan for what to do after he has defeated Arlo. He is acting on pure instinct and violence because of his own agenda that he’s trying to justify by saying it’s for the majority.

Acting violent, cruel, and dishonest is not justified by this being done to him in the past. And it certainly doesn’t solve anything.

I believe his agenda is purely selfish, in order to get revenge on Arlo.
