I apologize for not answering the first time you asked.  I forget to look at Tumblr notes sometimes.  I have a post that talks about what Southpaw is.It was originally going to be a story that follows the same format as Subject to Change--text chapters with drawings wedged between paragraphs--but I’ve come up with a different way for creating content that I think will be more functional and enjoyable.  The only problem now is having the time to work on it.  I need to be making money first and foremost, and selling art is the way I do that.  Can’t sell art for 16 hours a day and make art for a side project at the same time.Some people have offered that they would pay into a patreon while I work on content, and though it sounds like a good idea in the moment and I do appreciate the sentiment, I can’t depend on charity for an indeterminate amount of time while I try to finalize the first release and deal with the potential of something going wrong.  A patreon with no content and only apologies loses interest and eventually dries up, even if it was pioneered on well-intentioned generosity.  I’ve already been set back unexpectedly multiple times for different reasons, through no one person’s fault.  It’s just too unpredictable to make guarantees until I’m ready with solid content.

The TL;DR of the plot is that it’s going to follow the life of Weylen Wolf, starting from his first day of high school as a freshman.  It’s intended to be a way for me to reflect on my own experiences in those years, how I felt about what was put in front of me, the choices I made and the consequences of those choices, while also giving the reader something enjoyable to keep up with.  Some events would be pulled from my lifenearly verbatim with obvious changes to character names, appearances and locations for privacy, libel and copyright concerns, while other events would involve situations that are built on my experiences and motivations driven by causality and not so grounded in specific accounts of events.  (I don’t have an eidetic recollection of every time I got in trouble for not washing the dishes, but I know I did more than once and can recall enough to base writing about such an experience on.)

I intend for the story to follow Weylen for all of his years in high school.  It’s something that wouldn’t end in a few months of content.  It would span for a while.  Years, if everything went well.
