Created another character! Had fun drawing this strong man! His name is Kuth, the father of my other character! I have a hard time naming my characters so I chose simple names 😂 Anyways, he’s a respected warrior/general kinda dude. His beloved wife braids his hair ^^ and at the bottom of his lounge garments are these little bells that make demons and dark principalities flee! He has very high discernment in the physical and spiritual realm. A steadfast, stern, reliable, and an honest man of the faith. Though it’s hard to tell what he’s thinking with that resting face of his (his mind is always racing and overthinking a lot lol)

In a future post, I’m planning to draw out the dynamic with his son.

KILLING THE FLESH

Hi, peeps! I drew an illustration cover for my developing webcomic! It will be God-honoring.

I’m really bad at naming things, but I wanted the title to portray the challenging walk we experience when we decide to follow Christ. For me, the further I learned about Him, the more I saw how fallen and broken I am. I thank Him for His patience with me. For He is a long-suffering God, rich in mercy and forgiveness, but disciplines His children. We all need Christ in our lives. He says to do good and be holy, for He is holy. We’re not gonna just drift into holiness, we have to kill the flesh and deny ourselves every waking moment of our lives. Because the flesh hinders our walk with the Lord. I say these things not to bring negativity, but to encourage you to lead a spiritual life, and pursue Him with love and freewill!

“Then He said to all of them, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will loose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it” (Luke 9:23-24).

Made a mini-webcomic for my ocs! They’re exploring the outskirts of their village during sunset hour :> since it’s a time of their childhood I made it more colorful!

Hi, peeps! For today’s post I drew my oc again but in this 80’s style! I took inspiration from a manga series called Fist of the North Star by Buronson and Tetsuo Hara! I haven’t read the manga but the style is very intriguing to me! It’s like the father of Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure’s style so I tried drawing my oc in that buff style 😂 very satisfied with the results!! 🔥

So for this art piece I tried to make cover art for like a book or comic! In this piece my oc Kun is beat up, wrapped in bandages, and surrounded by vegetation!

Yo, peeps! So I was reading Genesis and bro..Joseph’s story really made me feel the feels 😭 he broke down like 3 times after reuniting with his brothers ☹️

And so I drew Joseph and his robe, before he was sold as a slave! I enjoyed drawing this dude 😎✨oh and abba translates to father! Joseph’s father gave him a robe of many colors to glorify God (God gave Jacob Jospeh in his old age).

I also loved Joseph’s story. It is a story about forgiveness and faith. Even though his brothers sold him and he was a slave and in prison for like 2 years, he still came out on top in Egypt. He had his eyes set on the Lord the whole time and He made him prosperous. He kept the faith and God delivered. Keep the faith, peeps!

“The LORD was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD made all he did to prosper in his hand” (Genesis 39: 2-3).

“But the LORD was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison” (Genesis 39:21).

“The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph’s authority, because the LORD was with him; and whatever he did, the LORD made it prosper” (Genesis 39:23).

“The Pharaoh said to Joseph’ “Inasmuch as God has shown you all this, there is no one as discerning and wise as you. You shall be over my house, and all my people shall be ruled according to your word…” (Genesis 41:39-40).
