Hi! I am so sorry I am just responding to this. I got a new phone and totally forgot to update my apps!If it still helps I am 5'7" (technically 5'6 3/4") and I ride a Small frame and I love it! The frame seems to run a bit on the bigger side. My husband is 6' 2" and he has the large. Super fun bike and it is very comfortable!!
