He grabbed a few alcoholic wipes and started to clean around the wound on his leg, trying to make it so it wasnt just a bloody mess and more so he could see it. He dropped the wipes into a bag and grabbed out the gauze and started wrapping
âIâm sorry I wasnât of more help.â She had to be optimistic though. She had helped, even a tiny bit. âI just realized, I never introduced myself.â Her wings fluttered slightly. She could do that. She could help in that capacity. With a nod, she pulled his bag closer and opened it. She felt weird rummaging through it, but he had given her permission to retrieve the kit. When she found it, she pulled it out of the bag and handed it over. âHere you go.â

Marionette shook her head. âIn the castle somewhere?â She hadnât needed to find the nurseâs office as of yet, so she hadnât gone to look for it. âI never got a map when I got here, so I have no idea.â
âWell that sounds very helpful.â He sighed, shaking his head. He looked around. âLets try heading towards the courtyard, maybe there will be signs somewhere.

Marionetteâs protesting suddenly stopped, her lips pressing into a line as she gave a small nod. Normally she didnât like to let people see any part of her limbs that might expose the puppet like joints. And though she couldnât lie, if she never showed, or talked about them, then she wouldnât have to lie or tell the truth.Â
âIâd really just prefer to go to the nurseâs office.â The nurse knew about the fact that she was really a puppet, just like her father had been. The guardians knew. No one else knew. And she wanted to keep it that way.
