The goal of these operations is to obtain military, political, and economic information, as well as personal data. To achieve this, Russian intelligence operatives reportedly impersonate technical support representatives and trick users into revealing passwords and verification codes.

The threat is not limited to officials. Any user can become a target. Therefore, the SBU urges citizens to:

▪️ Enable two-factor authentication (2FA);

▪️ Never share passwords or verification codes with anyone;

▪️ Regularly review active sessions and remove unknown devices;

▪️ Avoid clicking on suspicious links;

▪️ Do not open files or scan QR codes received from unknown individuals.

Yesterday, three bridges were damaged that Russian forces use for transporting personnel and supplying ammunition (ammo).
