having trouble falling asleep and then when u fall asleep waking up 2-3 times a night sweating and scared due to horrible nightmares is so draining but my doctor doesn’t want to prescribe me benzos because i’m a minor. kill me

i feel so sick and tired and can’t fall asleep no matter what and to make it worse my mum doesn’t let me have my sleeping meds anymore because i tried to od on them when i literally fucking need them to sleep???

my worst fear is that i’ll never be able to beat my eating disorder and the thoughts will always be there until i die and i would have just spent my whole life worrying about food and the number on the scale…

i’m so fucking sick of tiktok. every second video on my fyp is ed related, bodychecking or restrictive wieiad’s. everytime i see one i just wanna cry because i get so triggered. all these people don’t realise the damage they’re doing to young impressionable children on that app.
