This villa is inspired by a villa of the same name in Garda, Italy. As a child, I spent almost all of my Easter holidays at the Lago di Garda and coming back there years later as an adult made me really nostalgic. It's a lovely region (just be aware of the countless German tourists), and this villa on the outskirts of Garda is truly gorgeous; sadly, it's not accessible for visitors. I've made a few design changes from the original when I started building this, but I think I kept the original essence intact.
So what do you get?
Villa degli Albertini is situated on a 50x40 lot, currently designated as a residential lot, ideally located in Tartosa on the La Coppia Serena lot. The lot could also potentially be suitable for the new world coming with the Royalty Pack.
The first floor consists of a large entry hall, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a small library (gentlemen's/ladies' lounge), and a living room.
The 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two other rooms are also included - use them as more bedrooms, an office, a nursery or something else entirely.
I didn't include access to the towers, but if you wish, simply add ladders or stairs in the appropriate areas on the 2nd floor.

Hello! ✨ My first addon of the year is now available! The Parenthood addon been on my to-do list for a while!
This addon aims to improve the overall experience when using the build/buy content from the Parenthood Game Pack. The initial focus was on the kitchen. I added a new version of the fridge that has the standard fridge size & footprint, making it much easier to use. I also included an updated island counter set which has the cabinets on the "correct" side and some new pieces for the wall-mounted cabinet set.
I've included a double bed version of the single bed, and added a new desk option alongside new dining table sizes. The living room seating sets have been completed with matching armchair, loveseat and sofas if they were missing any.
There's new window size options, since the one in the back was a three panel window, so I've included a two and one panel option. As usual, I've included separated clutter and wall decorations. I also didn't forget to update the curtain sets in this pack to make them modular and easier to use!

I've had this idea for years but lacked the skills to actually make it happen. (Who am I kidding? I still lack the skills—I had no idea what I was doing in Blender). Basically I wanted a walk-in wardrobe, but I was working with very not-walk-in-sized houses. These Faux Walk-In Wardrobes are designed to give you the look of a spacious closet without sacrificing precious square footage.
From the outside, they resemble a full walk-in wardrobe or closet nook—but unlike the Get Together closets, these objects are wall-friendly and space-savvy. They can sit flush against interior or exterior walls without poking through, making them perfect for apartments, tiny homes, and compact builds.
