I did some digging into this photoshoot yesterday and found out it was shot in Cologne, Germany by Rainer Holz.

Here are a couple new photos I don’t think I have seen on tumblr before and the rest are here.

In searching I came across the below story from this night, I used Google translate so it’s not great at some points and I have highlighted one of the inaccuracies. Still worth a read in my opinion 😉

On the occasion of the book publication, we rummaged through our archive and dusted off the “Cooking with the Beastie Boys”, which was once produced for the intro on the occasion of their album “Hot Sauce Committee” in the studio of the Cologne photo legend and wine connoisseur Rainer Holz.
