Yes, you would explode after somehow consuming an atomic bomb. Honestly, it would most likely explode before you are able to eat it.

To answer your second question, I find hot chocolate bombs to be the tastiest seeing as it is a sweet treat. If you are speaking of litteral bombs I would recommend a Molotov cocktail. It can be very tasty depending on how it was made.

(Please to not actually consume any form of a bomb unless it explicitly says it is safe to eat.)
