The Worst Kind of Falling Dream || Kitty and Kurt
He could imagine. From everything Kitty had told him it was no wonder she phased through her bed. Under such stress he could easily understand her losing control of her powers. Heâs down it before himself in the past. âWell, you never have to worry about that in real life I donât think thereâs anyone in this house that dislikes you THAT much.â While the last part was meant to be a joke to lighten the mood a little, he had meant the first part. He couldnât think of a single X-men that didnât like Kitty, himself obviously included. âAnd I wouldnât let it happen either.â He smiled as she looked around his room, no doubt seeing the few fencing movie posters he had hung up some time ago.  he turned his head to stare at them as well. It was no secret he was a fan of those types of movies. More than once someone had walked in on him enacting a scene from one of the many films he had watched, not that he was ever embarrassed about it. It was a passion of his and he believed a person should never be embarrassed about their passions. The teleporter laughed at her teasing, remembering the first time they had met. He admitted back than he was much moreâŚaggressive when seeing a pretty girl. He had calmed down a lot over the years, at least he thought so. However he had his moments, especially around Kitty.  âYou make it so hard not to.â He teased back. He hoped off the bed himself and grabbed her hand. "Of course itâs still okay. Letâs get this movie night started.â The two disappeared in a cloud of purplish red smoke and reappeared in the middle of Kittyâs room.Â
By now, Kitty had certainly become accustomed to Kurtâs teleportation. After all, their powers complemented each other nicely, and Kitty thought they were a pretty great team. Kurt was very acrobatic, and Kitty had become quite the little fighter since joining the X-Men. That combined with their powers made them a pretty spectacular duo in Kittyâs eyes.
âYouâll love this movie, if you havenât already seen it,â she said, walking through her room to her drawer and simply phasing through to grab it. âFencing galore. Thereâs a really great scene Iâm sure youâll appreciate. Oh! Have you ever seen Pirates of the Caribbean? Weâll have to watch those together sometime, too. Youâd be a good pirate, you know that?â she rambled on, turning back with the movie in hand and returning to him.
She grabbed his hand as she passed, never stopping for walls or doors as she walked them through the halls to the common living area and popped the DVD in. âCome on, sit with me!â she said as she grabbed a blanket from the back of the couch and wrapped it around herself.Â
