Some news, it seems like Japan now has another payment processor to get around the BS that is MasterCard/Visa. It called DLsite. So here's hoping more spring up as a middle finger to those prudes.
DLsite is not a payment processor. It's a website to host various kinds of media, and you can add currency to it through various means of transfer, but it, in itself, unless something has just radically changed about it, is Not a Payment Processor.

Is their any other payment processors you can recommend as alternative to Paypal? It has been really warm for over a month and it will continue to be warm well into September probably- On top of that we're, specifically, along the coast of the Mediterranean, so Winters are milder, there's not much rainfall around here, and the waters tend to be quite warm-
