One of my favourite breakfasts/meals to make. Scrambled eggs with kim chi on miso rye toast. Avocado on top and then a sauce of tahini, a little mayo, siracha, kim chi juice, lime juice. Don't forget the sesame seeds and green onion. #breakfast #brunch #eggs #kimchi #spicybreakfast #spicy #toast

At the end of a glorious celebration of life weekend we stopped at the cemetery to see grandma and grandpa's headstones. I also got to see, for the first time, this incredible bench that my father made in their memory. My niece Olivia was pretty impressed with her afi's (grandfather in Icelandic) handiwork. We all were.
