in preparation for Artfight (and because I am procrastinating on all of the work I have), I finally made a little introduction to one of my most beloved fancharacters: Delta, my segment oc/Dottore kinsona.
He was born out of my love for Webby and my obsession with theatre, I pretty much consider him a mix of all the things I love about Dottore as a character. But with more of me sprinkled in (although I do heavily relate to Zandik already)
Also, I was inspired by a friend to make him a selfship oc. I LOVE Dilttore and also love Diluc soooo, they kiss in my eyes. And he miiiiiight have a thing for Capitano since Capittore is the only other Dottore ship I like. Anyway, enjoy my silly little guy.

so.. i am still bothered by that edit i reposted from xhs and turned to be ai enhanced so uhh..
i kinda went ham recreating my version of said edit but i doubled it's dimensions and added some details to dottore (i fixed his mask too.. with all respect to those animators i know they weren't given enough time or money to care but i do bc he's my pookie)
super normal behavior i know. apparently i spent a total of 9.5 hours (over 3 days im not that crazy) on this and im still writhing
i also made a version with full pantalone dome for anyone who wants to make edits or use it for a wallpaper design (pls send them my way as well i need them)

Dottore might not like to admit it, but he misses Sumeru. He has long since rejected the Akademiya, the people who chased him out, the cruel gods that deem to value wisdom but draw the line at the means he'd applied to try and grasp the truth. No, that's not the Sumeru he misses. He misses the bright, blistering sun, the simultaneous quiet and bustle of the rainforest, the spice and the fresh aroma of food. He misses his home.
One day, after returning from the lab and a few glasses of good Inazuman sake with his husband, he makes a remark that he'd like to work on his cooking skills. Three days later, there are fresh mangoes on the counter and a pot of chutney. No note, they don't need them. Of course Pantalone knew exactly what he was talking about.

my lil' theory abt the context of what pantalone and sandrone are yapping about in the teaser is that sandrone is referring to how much pantalone has invested into dottore and project stuzha. even if dottore's death may have been a part of the project, it's inevitably a form of loss, emotionally and financially. plus, pantalone is undeniably seen in an unfavorable light since he always backed dottore. his tone sounds quite somber too and not as light as it was in 6.6, which makes me believe he's still either processing everything that's happened or will happen and/or the stakes have been raised now. his line about mora flowing in unnatural forms could mayhaps be referring to how even he cant foresee how the market will behave and that unconventional events will happen
