Bill Cipher's Lore-Accurate Anatomy Discussion Part 1- "The Labyrinth Game"
For Context: This was a discussion on Discord with a friend of mine, who wanted more details on how...well, Bill and Ford's foreplay goes when he's Giant Horizontal Bill. (There's another version when he's classic Bill and Giant Vertical Bill, but that's another thing for another time)

Due to his size, the gaps of his bricks can turn into a very complicated game of Labyrinth. And yes, he can feel all of Ford's feet running around. I'm sorry that the animation quality isn't the greatest, I actually wanted to make an animation where every individual Bill appears with your name frame by frame, but there were too many and my computer fucking crashed and I almost lost all the files. Because of that trauma, I shortened the animation, but I hope you still like it. The most important thing is that we made our evil overlord smile >:3
(They will need to form a new field of sexual science to determine just how fucked we all are, but I guess we already all sold our souls, didn't we?)

Hey, It's Caine's manager on the Theraprism staff! Haven't seen you since I got the approval to take a Bill variant out for a little in multiverse rehabillitation. I actually have a question for you. How do Theraprism staff get hired? Are you created in the Theraprism for the express purpose of working there, is there an application beings from across the multiverse fill out to work there, or is it something else.

Thank you for showing interest on the work we do around here! And to answer your question, the Theraprism itself has a whole variety of different jobs for specific fields! For example, me and my colleague are both Mods to very special individuals!
We moderate and inspect all questions asks and use our abilities to whether or not those questions will reach the patient! It's all in good fun and it seems to be a bit healthy! Though, this IS a very "experimental" case, which I can't really go into detail due to some restrictive information and for safety reasons. But will do what I can to answer your questions!
As for how we got hired, most of us go through countless paperwork and screen procedures. Some of us, though get placed by the GREAT AXOLOTL (Praise. Praise the A X O L O T L ) .
My previous job, for example, was being the Theraprism's Network Engineer, until I got assigned specifically to be Caine's Moderator. They thought I would be a good fit for him!
But to tell you the truth, I myself am questioning their choice of putting -Uhhh nevermind! THE AXOLOTL IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
......yes. Very dreadful. Sometimes the paperwork shifts and gets updated live due to some Timey-Dimensiony-Stuff. It wasn't pretty. One of the pages turned into a gremloblin once, and I had to fight my way to write no in "Allergic To Copper" on its left foot.
Not all of us strolled right in and declared dibs on the fancier labcoats.
Man, sounds like a skill issue. I think I won them over with my undeniable charm in the lab coat. I had so many less eyebags. I didn't have the decipher coded messages about molotov cocktails and guns....Or read about people wanting to suck Cipher's toes >:/ We should be getting paid for this.
