Sometime last fall I decided to try something new: building a desert themed palace. Honestly its the first time I even attempted something of this scale but how else would I spend my time during Zoom lectures? taking notes? like a good student? haha? no?Â
Anyway four months later and Iâm finally done. âFour monthsâ as in I worked on this for a month, then took a three month hiatus bc life and finals and life and job search and life and then three days ago I revisited this project and completed it in basically a single sitting.
There are definitely things to improve for this build but Iâm honestly quite happy with what I created--especially considering this is the first time I even tried building 1. something this big, 2. a palace, 3. using basically only two colors.Â
