When Shane Hollander moves off campus, Ilya Rozanov is the first to answer his ad seeking a roommate. Shane is busy balancing hockey and schoolwork, and Ilya...he's not quite sure what Ilya does. But Shane is rarely home and Ilya doesn't cause problems in the apartment, so it works--until Ilya comes to Shane with a proposition.

Ilya is already scraping by, and rent is just another expense. He doesn't expect Shane to agree to his idea, but soon enough, Ilya is Shane's free use toy in exchange for his place in the apartment.

At first, Shane views the arrangement as a quick and easy way to get his dick wet between practices. Eventually, though, he and Ilya start to discover more about themselves, including both what they like in bed and out of it.

When someone breaks into the cottage, Shane decides to have some fun.
