Ah, Switzerland. The best country to be if you loved cold, and snow, and being stuck in a mountain with your girlfriend and her friends who you suspect might kill you in your sleep. Why had he even agreed to this, anyway? He had vague memories of Amelia asking “Hey, wanna rent a house in the mountains with us to ski?” and himself going “No thank you, that honestly sounds like the worst thing to spend my time on”. Problem was, after that, he could only remember being in bed with Amelia draped over him, exhausted. What on earth did he agree to while… distracted?
“Cheer up, love.”
There she was. The devil herself, dressed in a coat and blue hat – she’d called it a beanie, but Eisuke didn’t see what made it bean-like – looking annoyingly proud of herself.
“It’s freezing, I had to leave my business in the hands of Kenzaki for this, you brought your friends, AND my group of unwelcome tag-alongs decided to do just that.”
“They’re your friends, Eisuke.” Amelia locked her arm with his, nodding over to Baba trying to chat up Rosalie, while Carmelita was trying to do the very same thing.
“Let’s just get inside.” He removed himself from her grasp, fighting through the snow to the door of giant house they were staying in.
“AMELIA, DUCK.” Eisuke’s life flashed before his eyes at the sound of that voice, belonging to the person at the very highest spot on his list of most likely culprits in the event that he’d get murdered – Eleonora. He turned around, just in time to see Amelia dive to the snow-covered ground.
That’s a snowball. Moving towards my face.
“Did I forget to mention that we have a tradition of having the first snowball fight before entering the house?”
He could hear the grin on Amelia’s face.
“You conveniently left that detail out, yes.” With a gloved hand, he removed any remnants of snow on his face, and looked at Amelia. “Are you posing right now?”
“You never know when Google Earth take pics.” Amelia shrugged, before she rose to her feet and shook off some snow from her coat. “Well, now you’ve been warned so… Ichinomiya, I hereby declare war against you and your friends, admitted or otherwise.”
“Amelia, I swear to-” He didn’t get to finish his sentence before another snowball hit him on the chest, snow melting and finding its way under his shirt. After that, it all went downhill, with Amelia’s friends bombarding him with snowballs.
Eisuke Ichinomiya rarely questioned his choices in life. Usually, he took a decision, and then he stuck with that, come hell or high water. However, entering the room he was meant to share with Amelia, all his clothing soaked from melted snow, he found himself not only questioning going to Switzerland with them, but also his choice to ever talk to Amelia in the first place.
“They made me promise not to warn you.” Amelia rummaged through her bag, in just her underwear, making Eisuke tempted to forgive her.
“What, under gunpoint?” He peeled his wet button-up from his torso, letting it drop onto the ceramic floor. “This isn’t exactly making me happy I came with you.”
His trousers hit the floor next, and he headed to their en suite bathroom, not looking back.
In the bathroom, he took a look at his red skin and wet hair, and grew increasingly frustrated. He was freezing, and the big jacuzzi hadn’t filled up quite yet.
“Damned woman...”
Maybe angry muttering would keep him warm. Doubtful, but that’s still how he decided to spend his time waiting for the bath to fill. The moment it started flowing over the edge into the drain it had been installed on, he turned the water off, removed his boxers and stepped in, his anger going away slowly as his temperature slowly got higher again. He dipped his head under the water as well, brushing away his hair from his eyes. His styling had gotten ruined from snow anyway, he figured. He leaned back, dragging a hand over his face to get rid off some stray drops of water.
“Damned woman.” He muttered again, but this time it was… almost fond, and no longer angry. Probably due to him having to admit that the house was amazing, and one wall was just glass, giving him a view of a sparkling mountain.
“See how beautiful snow can be? You just need to be more… open.”
He heard the door open, but he was quick to close his eyes and lean his head back, hoping she’d go away to let him be angry some more. If he was completely honest, he also wanted her to worry for a while, but he knew her better than to expect that.
The approaching footsteps didn’t trick him into opening his eyes, but the feel of something on his cheek did. Something warm.
Which he instantly forgot about the moment he laid eyes on Amelia, completely naked, carrying two mugs.
“Cat got your tongue?” she smirked, and nudged his cheek with one of the mugs, again he suspected. He took it, mostly on instinct.
“What’s this?”
And why are you naked?
“Another tradition I didn’t tell you about, I’m afraid. Hot chocolate, with some whiskey, courtesy of yours truly.”
His silent question was answered when she too sank into the bath, sitting next to him and taking his hand under the water.
“First time we brought Charlotte here, we threw snowballs at her too.” She told him, leaning her head on his shoulder, taking sips from her mug while gazing out at the landscape.
“And she let you live?” He couldn’t help it, he simply had to squeeze her hand back, simply had to adjust his shoulder for her.
“We made a mistake. The aim of an assassin isn’t something you should mess with. I’ve never had so much snow under my clothes before.”
He tried to suppress a chuckle by drinking from his mug, sweet chocolate mixed with the sting from whiskey relaxing him further. Amelia was quiet for a bit, lost in thought he assumed, before she placed a kiss on his shoulder.
“I thought we would make your competitive side come out.” She continued with small kisses, ending up kissing his neck and grazing it with her teeth. “Like how you get when I do this.”
He proved her point when he squeezed her hand and moved to kiss her instead, but he caught himself.
You’re supposed to be angry.
“Well you didn’t.”
He felt conflicted when he saw her put her – now apparently empty – mug away, on a nearby glass table. On one hand, it meant she now had both hands to touch him. On the other… it meant she now had both hands to touch him.
“Then I’ll make it do so now.” Before he could answer, her mouth was on his, and sometime during the kiss, the mug was taken from him and put aside.
“You’re a tease.” He breathed, when her hands just stayed stroking a small area on his arm, and when she gave a low laugh by his ear he felt tempted to grab her hair and kiss her.
“Seems you’ve met your match, then.” Her head moved away from him, but she settled on his lap instead, straddling him, and he saw his opportunity to entangle his fingers in her hair and push her mouth against his.
“Seems I have.” A small whisper, followed by a tingling laugh from her that broke off when he stopped paying attention to words, and dedicated himself completely to finding out which sounds she’d make.
He even realised that he wasn’t freezing anymore.

Pairing: Eisuke Ichinomiya x Mc (sleepy series is bidder with their kid but still)
Words: 397
Description: Eisuke tries to sleep, but his daughter disagrees
This was perfect. Soft, warm, the scent of his wife surrounding him… Truly the best feeling in the world. Of course, he would never say that out loud because that didn’t go with his image, but… he admitted, at least to himself, that this was home.
Although that moving weight crawling up his side was… strange.
“Papa” it whispered.
If I don’t move she’ll leave.
Don’t get me wrong, he loved his daughter to bits, but he’d just gotten into bed after a long day at work and he would bet a million on that she wanted him to read her a story for two more hours.
The tiny girl started to move again, and he thought he succeeded, but she just crawled up to his face and put her arms around his head, hugging him. His heart melted a litte, but not significantly enough for it to be notable on x-ray.
“Paaapaaaaaa” she whispered again, louder this time.
At this rate she’d wake her mother, and Eisuke wanted to avoid that. Gently he took a hold of little Sakura, sitting up and hugging her.
“I’m up, I’m up” he whispered, kissing her cheek while carrying her out of the bedroom he shared with his wife.
“Can’t sleep” Sakura put her head on his shoulder and yawned, and he glanced doubtfully at her. His daughter was a sneaky little devil who probably just stayed awake for a few hours so she could get a story out of him.
“Mhmm, which story do you want to hear?”
Sakura lifted her head, looking up at her with those eyes so like his own. He walked into her room while she used that look on him, and tucked her into bed.
“You meeting mama” she mumbled, and he smiled. She was a bit of a romantic, his daughter. Too bad she’s never ever going to date.
“Alright, but then you have to scoot over. It’ll take a while”
She rolled to one side of her bed, and the moment Eisuke got comfortable she crawled closer and cuddled up in his lap.
“It all started when we were hosting an antiques auction...”
In the morning, his wife found them both asleep in Sakura’s teddy bear bed, Eisuke being hugged by his daughter while hugging Sakura’s biggest teddy bear. He looked ridiculous and in that moment, he couldn’t have looked more lovable.
Description: Soryu tries to sneak in late, but he fails. Adorableness ensues.
It was late, and he was trying to be quiet. The last thing he wanted to do was wake up his wife or daughter. They might have slept through several earthquakes, but it was like they were both tuned into hearing him no matter what they were doing. That daughter of his could find him no matter where in the house he was. Let’s just say it made hide and seek very difficult and she now mostly plays with Ryosuke and Samejima.
He tiptoed up the stairs, sneaking past Mika’s room and putting his hand on the doorknob to the master bedroom-
“Paw?”
How does she do that?
“Hi darling” Soryu hunched down and his Mika waddled sleepily into his arms, her blue bunny clutched to her chest as he picked her up.
“You’re late” she mumbled, snuggling up against his shoulder and wrinkling her nose. “And smell like smoke. Were you with uncle Mamocchi?”
He paused, not wanting her to know that there was an explosion near him. He didn’t want her to worry.
“Yeah, sorry. I’ll take a shower and get it off” he kissed her forehead, carrying her into her room and her bed. Jasmine was sleeping at the end of it, not even moving at the familiar people’s entrance.
“No, is ok. You still smell like Paw” She let herself be tucked into bed, yawning as she sleepily looked at her father. “Can you stay until I fall asleep?”
He couldn’t resist that sleepy look on her face, and he sat down gently on the side of her bed and softly tucked a black strand of hair behind her ear.
“I’ll stay as long as you want, darling.”
The blue bunny also required being tucked in, it was a house rule, and Soryu would rather die than disappoint Mika, so he dutifully placed her bunny next to her, rubbed the covers over it and gave it a kiss and then gave Mika another one for good measure. His heart nearly imploded when she gave him a sleepy smile and smooched his cheek.
“What did you do today?” she asked, and Soryu paused for a second before he started telling her about silly things her uncles did.
“-so then your uncle Micchi-”
He quieted down when he noticed Mika’s closed eyes and even breathing, and wondered how long he had been talking to a sleeping child. As quietly as he could, he rose from her bedside, gave her a kiss on her cheek and then tiptoed out of her room, to join his wife who miraculously was still asleep in their bed and didn’t even stir when he pulled her closer and immediately fell asleep with his nose against her hair.
Pairing: Soryu Oh x Mc (It’s mostly about their kids though)
Words: 918
Description: Ryusei Oh has an important plan, but he can’t do it alone. Too bad things don’t always work out (It’s cute and fluffy, not sad, I promise)
"Ssh, we gotta be quiet or someone will come check on what's happening."
"Ryo, I'm being as quiet as I can! I'd be in more trouble than you if we get caught, it's my dad we're talking about!" Ryusei let out a heavy breath, temporarily stopping. "Try the carrot."
The older man, Ryosuke, nodded, and let go as well, to bring out a carrot from his pocket.
The miniature pony between them raised its head, gaze zeroing in on the treat. Maybe it was enough to convince it to go up the rest of the stairs?
"Hold it a little closer." Ryusei whispered, trying to essentially herd the pony the rest of the way.
It started to carefully walk up the stairs, locked onto the carrot that kept being pulled slightly away from it. Unfortunately, at the top of the stairs, the fluffy mini sized horse snatched the carrot from Ryosuke's hand when the man backed into a door. They just lost their leverage.
"Whatcha doing?"
Ryusei froze, and turned around to see his 8 year old sister standing behind them, looking at the horse with a curious look on her face.
"Nothing, go away" Ryusei tried, shooing her away with his hands.
"Neigh" his sister said, grinning. Ryusei glared at her, and turned back to the horse, giving it a pat.
"Does papa know?" Ryusei glanced at her, and then turned all his focus onto his sister, seeing her glance downstairs.
"Mika, don't rat me out." As the older brother he just needed to play it cool, convince her to help them. "I'll let you pet the pony if you help."
Mika considered it for a few seconds, before she sprinted away from them and headed for the stairs, but Ryusei had seen it coming and pounced after her, falling onto the floor and hugging her as they rolled over the floor to the wall.
"Scream and I'm telling mum you get Ryosuke to buy you candy every day before school." Ryusei threatened, ignoring Ryosuke's protest. Mika contemplated her life a short while, and then looked her brother in the eye.
"Can I still pet the pony?"
"Only if you agree to help get it into my closet."
"... okay."
With Mika it went a lot better, she'd inherited their father's natural talent for animals and the pony simply followed her when she beckoned it a bit and stroked its head. Now she happily petted it as it hid away in a small room connected to Ryusei's, used as a closet. Ryosuke had left them to it, as he'd been called away for work somewhere.
"Remember, you can't tell dad."
"Mhm, does he have a name? He should have a name. Can I name him? I'm naming him Basil, so he fits in with Jasmine's puppies." Mika hugged the newly dubbed Basil, before they heard their mum from downstairs with summons for dinner.
"Keep quiet, alright? C'mon, I'll give you a piggyback ride to the dining room."
Mika immediately let go of the pony and switched to her much more human, brotherly pony.
"Hi papa!" Mika chirped, arms around her brother's neck. "I have a pony!" Ryusei pinched her leg, making her yelp and he laughed nervously.
"Haha yep, I'm the pony! The best, and more importantly, only, pony around!"
Their father, Soryu Oh, stared at them, but the sight of his two beloved children won over their suspicious behaviour and he smiled.
"Hi sweetheart." He took her from Ryusei's back when she stretched her arms towards him, and held her to his chest where she happily nestled in and basked in being completely and utterly spoiled.
"Ryusei, help carry the food to the table!" their mum shouted from the kitchen, and the fifteen year old muttered and obediently went to do as he was told so they all could eat.
"Did you name your pony?" Soryu asked, kissing his daughter's head.
"Yes" Mika answered, pointing to the litter with puppies in the corner. "Basil. It goes with Rosemary, Thyme and Parsley."
Soryu simply nodded seriously, accepting his son's new name.
"Mum, this is delicious!" Ryusei munched down his food quickly and went in for a second helping, as their mum smiled softly, thanked him and pushed the sauce closer to Mika when she tried to get more for her pasta. Soryu helped as well, making sure the food didn't end up on the table and giving her assistance when she couldn't reach.
"Neigh."
They all froze, Ryusei mid-munch, Mika while pouring sauce.
"Was that a neigh from upstairs?" their mum asked, looking towards the staircase.
"Uh, I- I left the tv on!" Ryusei hurriedly swallowed and laughed, shifting in his seat.
"We don't have a tv upstairs" Soryu commented, watching his son carefully.
"It's on, uh? On the computer?" Ryusei didn't meet his gaze, and Soryu grew increasingly suspicious.
"Your laptop is in the living room downstairs and my computer is locked." he said, and then he followed his wife's gaze to the staircase just as they started to hear clopping.
"............ I found a pony by the road and hid him in my closet." Ryusei quickly said, words getting jumbled as he moved his attention to his plate.
The clopping went down the stairs, and the hard work they had put in earlier was ruined as the small horse went over to smell the small puppies. Soryu and their mum both turned to look at Ryusei, accusingly, and only looked away when Mika giggled.
