there’s something so healing about re watching star wars and starting to like luke more and more each time

they told me to stay away from boys with galaxies in their eyes said that they would care for me, but with their heads in the clouds, there would not be much left for me but how can i not fall for him if he is the universe? his veins filled with stardust eyes brilliant and bright like the full moon and maybe he will not always be full of light maybe he needs other people to shine at all but i love him like i love the moon regardless of the state he’s in full or crescent waxing or waning

the moon knows what being human feels like though, is the moon not human? are we not the moon? ever changing, imperfect, but oh so beautiful? how am i to not love the moon - this boy?

and yes, i may not be able to fall asleep next to him though i only see him from miles away like the moon, i know he’s there for me, for all and even though he only comes out at night, and on some cloudy ones i don’t see him at all i know other people get to see him shine and it is enough
