this blog works as a database of possible voice claims with tags for age, gender, pitch, accent, and occasionally other qualities.

q: how do requests work?
a: basically any way you want! you can request a specific existing voice to be added to the database, or you can describe a character of your own and request a recommendation of a voice for them. i will warn you though, i'm not too active on here so requests will take awhile!
q: how do you qualify gender/age?
a: i tag by the gender identity/age of the character from the audio clip, not the voice actor.
q: how do you qualify pitch?
a: i started by doing it by ear, but now i look at a spectrogram of the clips and decide based on that. it is definitely subjective to a point, though.
