La Mimosa is a bright, airy cottage surrounded by a lush garden with lots of greenery and tropical plants. Most rooms are connected by archways instead of doors, creating an open and spacious feel. The living/dining room opens up directly to a patio with a barbecue area and decent-sized swimming pool. To install, download the ZIP file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 7 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.
