She wasnât going to fight him too much on the issue, seeing as if she did then it would just be purely hypocritical, but it didnât mean that she would just give him a free pass. âShow me it then, prove to me that itâs not that serious.â Regina had dealt with her own injuries back on the isle from a young age, she was pretty adept at first aid. She had managed to fix the wound on her neck well enough that only a slight scar remained. âGet your shirt off pirate, at least let me have a look at it.â The smirk on her lips was not as genuine as she has intended, mainly because she was worried about him.
âNot being dead is all that we can ask for at this point in our lives.â It was pretty pessimistic, but even on Auradon, especially now that her mother was back Regina just was glad to still be alive. âI wasnât distraught. Itâs nothingâŚâ It wasnât to her, but it seemed to pale in comparison to Harryâs issue. âMother dearest has made an appearance. I havenât seen her yet but itâs only a matter of time.â
Harry doubted it was going to look all that pretty, the injury hand stitched where it needed by him, and with his insistence on hiding the injury and going on with life like he was fine, the stitches had pulled out and needed to be re-sewn several times. However, he would fight tooth and nail not to go to a hospital or doctor of any kind, and he hoped she understood that as he shrugged out of his shirt, revealing the slice that cut from his right shoulder down to his left hip. It wasnât pretty, and would likely scar terribly, but so far it wasnât infected and he was keeping it clean.  âItâs not pretty now, but I think itâll add to my charm once itâs healed up.â He smirked, sounding and looking far more playful than he felt.Â
âEh, Weâve survived to this point, Iâve no doubt weâll make it further. But..youâre still watching out for CJ right?â He was worried his failure would mark worse things for his siblings, and he wouldnât be able to live with himself if that were the case.  âYou distraught isnât ever nothing Regina.â His brow furrowed at her confession, not liking that one bit.  âYouâre always armed, yes? And even injured, Iâll still have your back when you need it lass. Maybe sheâll stay away?â
offwithyourhcadâ:
Regina basically was pouting at Hook, although if anyone had accused her of that sheâd have ripped their head off. It just showed how well they knew each other though, although they were both always willing to attempt a lie. As shown these were never well received by the other.
There was a moment in which the redhead didnât know what to say, which was a rare moment. It didnât last too long though as his words sunk in. âWhere did he get you? Have you been to a hospital or do you need me to take you?/â In his position sheâd rather died then have gone to a hospital, but this was a battle she was willing to have with the pirate. âYouâre not getting away with slinking off and injuring yourself even more.â As awful as it sounded Regina was just glad to have a distraction from her own psychotic parent.
âIâm not going to a hospital.â Harry practically growled it, sharing the opinion that heâd rather die than let some AK fuss over him. He also wasnât about to rat out his father for hurting him and get him thrown back, no matter how much easier his life would be for that choice. He wasnât a coward, heâd live with the consequences. Harry also knew Regina truly wouldnât leave him alone, so he just gave up and opted to sit down for a minute, needing to breathe a bit before he willed himself to move again anyways.  âHe got me on the chest. Itâs not too deep, I only passed out a little at first. It just hurts now. Iâve been taking care of it fine.â
Harry shrugged a little, ignoring the twinge he felt at that movement.  âHe wouldnât kill me, so that should at least be somewhat reassuring.â The information didnât really make him feel better, though he was glad to not be dead. âYou seemed distraught about your own problem before you nosed into my mess lass. Are you alright?â
evildreamsandmusesâ:
âNow make sure you tell all of your new Ak friends about this little place, so everyone will be into itâ
âOh my word of mouth or no, I think youâll have plenty of customers, even if only out of curiosity. You are the great Sea Witch after all darling.â
evildreamsandmusesâ:
âWe all know these heroes arenât the brightest if so, they wouldnât have been tricked by all of us dastardly villains.â She chuckled softly before nodding. âI know you would, kiddo. â
âThatâs fair.â Harry laughed softly before giving her a nod.  âGood.â Â

âWhile I am okay with that, and I donât mind them letting us be ourselves, if it comes down to it, I will fight for Uma and you kids to stay here. Sure, the Isle was home but you kids didnât get any proper resources that these little goody go getters go and Iâm not cool with that one bit.â
âNo oneâs tossing you back either dearie. Weâd all fight against the Isle, and with you and the others to make sure we all can live our lives. Locking you and the others away solved nothing.â
puck-bellâ:
The half fae could only smirk, âOh trust me, pirate, my expectations are about rock bottom when it comes to you and your potential,â he teased back shamelessly. Obviously that wasnât case, but it didnât stop him from poking fun at his friend. He knew that Harry was exclusive when it came to the people he actually took risks for, he could only hope that he was one of them. âBut I also donât think youâre as bad as everyone thinks you are. Youâre not as bad as some of the other lost kids think you are.â Nobody may love a pirate, but Puck did care for this one quite a lot, and he wanted to make sure at least he knew it. He had a feeling not many people did. âBut to clear, Iâm not going to be the one to change their opinions. I might not be your prince charming, but Iâm also not going to go out of my way to spread you around to every thirsty bachelor or bachelorette on the island,â he winked, before gently shoving his friend into the air. The second Harry agreed to the race, Puck was off into the night sky with a natural ease only someone with fairy blood could have. Within a matter of minutes, moments, he was perched on top of the roof, waiting for Harry to catch up.
âGood.â He knew Puck was kidding, but his own tone was serious. He ultimately didnât want to hurt Puck when the boy did realize how useless Harry really was, nor did he want to feel it quite as deeply when that day came.  âThere you go being optimistic again. Listen to my peers pretty boy. They know me.â Harry smirked darkly at him, glad to hear he wouldnât be singing his praises even if it irked him Puck thought well of him at all.  âIâve already been fairly well spread around all those thirsty single people Puck, sorry to shatter that dream.â He drawled easily before grunting a bit when the other pushed him into the air, making sure his feet were over the roof before turning his thoughts to his father and how he made Harry feel. The boy dropped to the roof in an instant, holding onto that pain to keep himself grounded while he took off at a run, looping around a longer way but having some fun jumping over deep falls and climbing over rooftops. He didnât take long, skidding to a stop by Puck.  âDefinitely an unfair advatage there, my fairy friend.â
puck-bellâ:
The ginger frownd. âWhy do you do that? Try to make yourself look more evil than you are? Especially with me,â he added. âI know you saved Aurdadon for more reasons than just order given to you. You did it to help save the people of the isle, I just know you did. So why do you try to make it seem like you didnât care?â Honestly Puck didnât get the vkâs sometimes, like showing that they actually a damn actually made them look weak. He rolled his eyes. âNobody said anything about love, Hare Bear, calm down,â he winked. True, they both told themselves this friendship was a casual thing, but it didnât mean he didnât grow an attachment to him, a trust that was stronger than most of the people heâd met in Aurdaon. Did he mean he expected to get down on one knee, or was willing to bet True Loveâs kiss would save them? No. One of his biggest annoyance with Harry was that he was so closed off with him, even now. âOkay, Hook. Iâll race you to the roof on the far right, underneath the moon just there. Ready?â
âIâm keeping your expectations low handsome. I didnât âsave Auradonâ no one gave me a medal or anything Puck. I was simply along for the ride. And while there were kids on the isle I care for, I donât care about all of them.  But expecting good of me is only going to leave you disappointed.â The pirate shrugged before smirking at the other boy.  âI know lad. No one loves a pirate. But you get odd ideas in your head sometimes..â He poked his side. âJust makin sure Puck. And sure, Iâll race ya.â He assumed Puck would win, the otherâs flight a definite advantage, but itâd been a long while since he was able to race across rooftops. Something else that was fun that Auradon frowned upon.

âI know Iâll like it Aubrey, donât worry. I always love my time with you lass.â He chuckled a little and kissed her hair. âIâm still surprised you want to is all. Though weâll see about doing my sort of activities.â Harry smiled a bit, squeezing her hand.
Audrey couldnât help but smile at him. Usually, she wasnât this self-conscious around a guy, at least she wasnât with Ben or Chad. She really liked Harry though, so maybe that was why. âAll of your hobbies canât be completely evil.â She told him.
âEvil, no. Though admittedly nicking things can be rather fun.â Harry smirked a bit before shrugging. âBut you donât seem the type to like sword fighting or wandering till youâre lost and finding a way back either. Iâd rather you enjoy yourself than just put up with me lass.â
vk-harryâ:
âOne of her many fantastic qualities.â Harry smiled a little before chuckling. âItâs an adjustment. But alas, pure goodness has yet to become a part of my life, so Iâm still a bit of trouble. Long as you donât try to take over a kingdom the prim and proper royals arenât bothered.â

âThatâs the thing here. Every story needs a villain and a hero or it is just really boring. If you turn all the villains good or try to make them go good, that is just making life painfully boring.â
âOh, making everyone conform isnât going too well. Some of the heroes are fine with us being how we are as long as we donât try to murder them, but the others...well, I think things will get interesting around here before too long.â
puck-bellâ:
âIt doesnât matter. You were part of the team that saved Auradon. How many of the jerks who glare at you on the street can say that?â he pointed out. Despite Harryâs protest, the pirate was a hero in a lot of ways. He was a hero in ways that Puck couldnât compete with. As Harry tucked his hook away, Puck was all too quick to lace their hands and fingers together. He wanted to live in the moment as he spoke, and it quickly felt like Harry did as well. âI did trust you, and I still do. I mean, yeah, I have a crush on your Harry, everyone knows that, but I also trust you with my life, and I feel⌠I feel like you trust me too,â a wry grin tugged at his lips. Within moments, felt the both them start to float off the ground. âLook,â he smirked, glancing down at their feet, before shooting a knowing smirk at his friend. âFly with me.â
âDid little more than assist Puck. Iâm still a villain, donât try to redeem me with imagines good deeds.â The pirate quirked a brow before the other continued speaking and he just smirked at him. âCareful handsome, before to long youâll be giving me declarations of love. No reason to crush on me laddie.â He gave the boy a wink, keeping it playful. He was fine with messing around and having fun, but serious relationship was something he only did one at a time, and he was currently having that attempt with Aubrey. Messing around didnât mean anything so it was alright. Just friends. âI told you I trust ya Puck. Now, thatâs all the compliments youâll get out of me today. Canât have your ego getting too big.â Harry chuckled a bit, though was admittedly uneasy about flying. âJust pick a roof and letâs do it.â

âI get it. You should only give trust to the people that earn it. My dad taught me that a long time ago. Youâve basically been in to battle with them, so itâd be hard not to trust people like that,â he admitted. âI get that. Trust me.â He laughed, knowing that Harry was right. Obviously their parents had history, and there may have been a bit of a bias there. âYeah yeah. But you were also the Hook that helped saved Auradon that one time, which by the way I remind them of⌠a lot. Youâd be surprised how far being a hero once upon a time helps your rep.â He couldnât say he was shocked that Harry wasnât in the mood to reminisce on their history, when he had his own staring him in the face. âOkay⌠then Iâll go,â he pointed out. He took both of Harryâs hands, well he took the hook Harry had been holding, and looked him in the eyes. âThe first time we kissed is one of my favorites. When we were both standing on the crowâs nest of Umaâs ship, over looking the coast of Auradon. We talked about our parents, our friends. I told you how big of a crush I had on youâŚâ his cheeks burned red, âI still do by the way.â He rolled up on his toes to press their foreheads together. Within moments, his own feet floated off the ground.Â
He rolled his eyes at being accredited with saving Auradon, shaking his head.  âThat credit goes to Uma and Mal. I was just going with my Captain. Nothing special to remind me of.â Harry was always quick to deflect that credit, knowing heâd barely been any help in all of that. Seeing the other reaching for his hands he did tuck his hook out of the way, not wanting to accidentally hurt Puck while he held his hands. Then they were looking at each other and the other was speaking so intimately, Harry finding it easily distracting how innocently heartfelt Puck was. The memory was a nice one, and Puckâs soft little blush was enough to make Harry smile, floating just slightly without really noticing. The crush was something that had settled comfortably between them, Harry not truly acknowledging it but their relationship had changed around it.  âThe first time you stayed the night. You were so cute and sweet when we were just messing around and then it kept going and well..you certainly looked good in my bed the next morning. But you trusted me enough to fall asleep...and that..well, not many have done that. It..It meant a lot.â Harry had lifted a few feet, keeping his focus on Puck certainly helping his mood. The pirate laughed a bit, quirking a brow at his friend.  âSeems your plan is working.â
puck-bellâ:
âThatâs kind of a depressing way of seeing things. You have faith in Uma and Gil, that pays off doesnât it?â he pointed out. He decided against throwing his own name in there, if only because he wasnât sure if he wanted to hear Harryâs answer just yet. When talk came to his parents, Puck shook his head. âNope, my parents are fine with the VKs. I mean if you think about it, my dad basically lived like you and your friends, and my mom befriended people like you. My mom is basically the queen of befriending kids with crappy parents. I mean yeah, duh, they hate your dad, and they probably donât want me here alone with his son, but we both know thatâs a Hook thing, not a Harry thing.â He narrowed his eyes at the pirate when he rejected his idea. âReally? You donât think you could get to a happy place at all right now? With your favorite red headed AK here?â Rubbing his hands together for a moment, he pursed his lips and blew into them, spreading pixies dust into his friendâs face. âLetâs at least try. Just look in my eyes, Harry. Itâs just you and me. Okay? Tell me about your favorite memory with us.â
âOf course I do. Theyâre VKâs. Having faith in people is something you can only do if thereâs trust, and I trust a rare few.â Harry shook his head before laughing a bit at Puckâs answer.  âThereâs no way in hell your parents would be pleased about you being alone with any of Hookâs offspring, much less the one who carries a hook.â That was an amusing thought, even with Puck looking at him all suspiciously right then.  âIâve not really been in the mood lately anyways, and being here itâs not entirely conducive for happiness, so even if you make me happy on occassion I..â Suddenly he had pixie dust in his face and he sneezed a bit, shooting the other a look.  âI feel violated now.â He shook off his arms a little before Puck was demanding his attention, his eyes locking with the other boy as he sighed.  âI..i donât know Puck, the other times when you werenât attacking me with Pixie magic.â

âListen, I know not everyone in Auradon are welcoming, and trust me when I say they donât all deserve your trust, but you have a little faith. If you keep treating the rest of them like they are the enemy, thatâs all they see you as too,â he shrugged. He hated knowing Harry felt ostracized, but he also knew he had reason to. âI donât know, I think youâre pretty damn desirable, Hook,â he smirked, leaning in to press a kiss on the brunetâs jaw. âYouâre my favorite VK, if that meanâs anything to you.â He stopped when Harry stopped, and took in the market place. There really wasnât anything impressive about it, he felt like he should say something polite about his friendâs former home, but he was drawing a blank. âWow⌠it looks, umâŚâ nope, he had nothing. ââŚwell it looks creepy as hell, Harry, not going to lie,â he laughed. âIâm sure youâll protect me if anything crazy goes down,â he winked up at him. âYou wanna fly up to the rooftops for a better look?â Being son of a pixie, pixie dust was never in short supply for him.
âHaving faith in others just leads to disappointment. And Iâm pleasant until I have reason to be unpleasant.â Harry gave another shrug, long ago accepting he wouldnât ever really be enough for Auradon. He wasnât gonna not be himself jut to fit in, and as acting like something he wasnât hadnât ever gone well. At Puckâs comment he chuckled a little, smirking as the boy kissed him.  âWell, they all find me attractive of course, but do any of your parents want me around?â He chuckled a little before laughing at his nice guy attempt to compliment the Isle.  âItâs garbage. We all knew it. Donât need to make shit up.â His home hadnât been too far from here, Harry jittery just thinking about it, though Puckâs question got a surprised laugh.  âI....happy thoughts seems a bit difficult at the moment, so Iâll stick with the ground for this trip.â
puck-bellâ:
âYeah. Some of the people from Auradon arenât really big on change. The people that matter though, weâll have your back, no matter what they say.â He did feel a bit better knowing that Harry didnât lump him in with the ignorant and close minded. âAnd probably the fact that they wouldnât trap you in here if I was here with you, right?â He smirked. While the Isle was more or less abandoned now, he could tell from the way Harry stayed alert as they wandered through the alleys and streets, that he should still be on his guard. In Auradon, Puck never really had to worry about muggings or gangs, it was a bit of a wake up call for him. He glanced at Harryâs hook, which the pirate seemed ready to use if need be. âI feel like I should have brought some kind of a weapon along too.â While he was sure Harry would be more equipped to defend them than Puck would have been with anything he could have brought, he felt a bit more helpless than he liked. âAre we going to be okay?â
âI donât put that past them. They could get you off without me, itâs been done before after all.â Harry shrugged a little before looking at Puck apologetically.  âSorry, itâs something Iâve been sortof waiting to happen for awhile.  âm not the most desirable VK to have in the land of perfect.â The pirate looked ahead, only slowing once they hit the wide, market area in the center of the Isle. It was strange, seeing it empty, but his attention was taken by the other male in a few minutes.  ââOh, nah, weâll be fine. Iâve got mine, and the hook, so if something happened Iâd just get you the sword. Itâs the Isle. Just used to being on edge. Either way, Iâve got you handsome.â Â
