did i just see VIOLET GOYLE walking through the corridors? it must be her… though i could’ve sworn the pureblood seventh year told me to look for them in the RAVENCLAW house common room! i must’ve been mistaken, since sometimes they get confused for India Eisley. they remind me of bright green eyes, expensive dresses, cherry-stained lips, delicate jewels, leather jackets that smell of cigarette smoke and rose perfume and thinly veiled smirks. some people describe them as charming & sweet, though i’ve heard they can be pretty obsessive & arrogant, too. here’s hoping they have a great term, either way! —— [ selene, she/her, est, removed for privacy ]
Violet's full name is Violet Juliet Goyle
When she smells amortentia, it's the scent of peppermint.
She likes to say that she's a Goyle and Goyles aren't scared easily but you will catch her yelping when a jumpscare in a movie pops up.
She will obsess over things easily, not as in people or Joe Goldberg style, but as in over books, movies, etc.
Her arrogance comes from the fact she was raised where pretty much everyone praised her and gave her a slightly inflated senses of self, so not exactly self-absorbed but still arrogant.
No one was surprised when she landed in Ravenclaw, Violet is a big nerd and she knows it.
Violet does like to paint sometimes. typically it's of a classmate she has chosen to be her muse.
She thirsts over people a lot and likes to flirt with people occasionally.
Her hair needs to be washed everyday or its a huge greasy mess, she learned her lesson about not letting it get out of control after a rather embarrassing incident in her first year.
Violet has this creepy little look that's reserved for assholes, pranks and Halloween.
She was extremely pale in her first year, so that Violet was often pulled into the hospital wing for check-ups because of concerned teachers and she still is pale, it just lessened over the years.
Violet supposes that she's attractive, but not enough for people to have a crush on her. ( spoiler: people have crushes on her)
You'd think with how smart Violet is, that she'd be a little more aware when it came to people's romantic intentions with but she's not.
She only choses people to be her muse who are aesthetically pleasing to her standards.
She's sweet, but also very blunt.
