fun little tidbit, if you want to know what ahmya's pocket dimension is like, all you have to do is read the poem dante's inferno. within canons, it's written about kawahime's dimension.
i hc dante had a dimensional dream ability that allowed him to cross into dimensions in his dreams and he accidentally fell into kawahime's during one of them. with what it looks like, and his christian upbringing, he equated it to hell.
it evolves with the times, so currently, it's a more modern day take of the inferno and i have an informational post about the different layers and the look they take on in various times. like in marvel, it's very modern. in fantasy, it's traditional like the poem.
The way people treat each other on the internet needs to be studied extensively and I need to know why prolonged internet usage makes people have less empathy for others.

the food.. well, she's certainly a fan of the food and drink going on. the people are interesting, and seem to for once, pay her little mind in their libations. no one stares at her funny, or makes a wide berth. she can't believe that for a single night she feels like she's not too different than anyone else.
perhaps because they are all dressed like monsters, as she hears the whizz of rockets through the air, and only seconds left before the boom.
that's why she feels at home, and just as ahmya moves to escape the loudness, she's offered what she thought she did not bring

her eye twitches, it's not that the headphones don't help. they do, they certainly do, and so do the sunglasses, and so do the ear plugs that she's got stuffed so deep into her ear canals, yet, she can see hear them. they are big, overcrowd on her head as her bangs stick down to forehead.
the bright flashing lights as they sail across the sky, and her eyes follow them, into the loud boom that makes her eye twitch again. it's no different that if a normal person wears nothing at all to someone like her, so she turns, " <<seriously?>> "
she pauses, eyes downcast towards the shadows that move along the alleyways. " <<i don't like them.>> " about the fireworks above, that streak through the sky and entertain the masses in the park several blocks down, she would know, she can still hear bits and pieces of their amusement.
