Future AU: Luke and Violet

Listening to Luke, Violet lightly giggled as she simply then kissed his cheek and nuzzled into it “Nothing to worry about then” she said, now nodding as a smile simply formed on her lips right after “Let’s just hope for the best and it truly amazes me how much you know just about everyone” she added, softly laughing “Anyways, we will love our child. Whatever he or she would be, we will love our child”

"Yeah, you know me," Luke said dryly, smiling to himself.  "Met a couple dozen or so gods, managed to piss off every single one of them at some point… I probably have to have some kind of record for most accumulated bad karma."  He laughed along with Violet.  "Yeah, I like the sprog already just because we made him, but maybe we should just tell people he’s your kid and leave it at that."

"That's quite an interesting record. Maybe out little sprog here can do it the other way around, so that you two will hold the record for both sides" Violet said, lightly giggling "and anyways, I would never do that - He or she is ours and not just mine. I don't care if people, demigods or gods would know" she added, nodding "He or she is ours" she then repeated with a smile

Smiling at how the boy wrapped his arms around her waist, the girl continued to kiss Luke “Well, the near future I guess. The long-term future is hard to tell but I guess that hoping wouldn’t be a bad thing?” she said as she then lightly giggled and simply kissed him even deeper “I love you.. Luke..”

Laying down peacefully on the bed with her head on the pillow and her body close to Luke "Hmm" she sighed softly as she slightly made a face at the feeling of the sunlight shining on her before she then smiled to herself when she felt the boy kiss her cheek "Good morning" she whispered with her eyes still closed "Had a good night sleep?" she then asked as she brought up her hand to her face and rubbed her eyes to open. Violet then looked up at Luke and smiled even wider at the sight of him up close to her "I hope you did" she added

Violet smiled “I don’t think that’ll ever happen” she said, shrugging “and as for the curse, aren’t you suppose to know that you have the curse?” she then tilted her head in curiosity “No, actually.. Some doesn’t know it - So, yeah” she added, now nodding “Let’s just hope that you don’t have it - We can always try to fix it anyways. We’ll obviously and definately fix it” she then smiled even wider

"I don’t have any curses that I know of, so yeah, let’s hope for the best," Luke said.  "I mean Zeus mostly-sorta forgave me since I killed Kronos, Poseidon had more than ample opportunity to kill me when I was sailing around and didn’t do so, Hera doesn’t like anyone, Hades… well, he already got his price, Artemis isn’t the type to carry a grudge for a long time, Mr. D wants me dead but can’t do anything about it while he’s on probation, Kronos isn’t in a position to be cursing anyone, and my dad?" Luke shrugged.  "Nyx only knows what my dad thinks of me at any given moment in time.  At least for right now he’s claiming he doesn’t hate me, so I’ll take that as a good sign."

Lightly giggling against his lips as the boy wrapped his arms around her waist, Violet kept her lips against his lips as she listened to him speak “Our future just looks good right now” she said “We’re having a great present and we’ll have a better future” she added as her small body then moved on top of him

"Were you talking about the long-term future or the immediate future?" Luke asked somewhat breathlessly, wrapping his arms around Violet where she rested on top of his body.

Smiling at how the boy wrapped his arms around her waist, the girl continued to kiss Luke "Well, the near future I guess. The long-term future is hard to tell but I guess that hoping wouldn't be a bad thing?" she said as she then lightly giggled and simply kissed him even deeper "I love you.. Luke.."

Violet lightly giggled “Yeah, that’s pretty much true” she said, nodding as a smile then formed on her lips “I’ll love whatever he or she would turn out to be. We’ll love whatever he or she would turn out to be” she added, smiling even wider “Anyways, he or she would turn pretty much turn into a human like us. I’m pretty sure with that unless I’ll get cursed or got cursed but I don’t think that’ll happen of it did happen”

"Yeah, just try to avoid claiming that you’re prettier than any goddesses or better at sports than any minor gods or anything like that for the next couple months," Luke said.  "Just to be sure.  Because that’s the kind of thing that tends to annoy them, and then…"  He winced as another thought occurred to him.  "I hope I don’t have any curses on my head waiting to fall on my kids.  I’ve annoyed pretty much every single god in existence at some point."

"Yes, it will be" she muttered as she cupped the boys cheek and continued to kiss him passionately "Hmm" she then sighed "I love you" she said, smiling against his lips "I love you so much" she added as she deepened the kiss

"And would you look at that, the future’s getting better already," Luke said.  He kissed Violet back, happily wrapping both arms around her to bring them closer together.  "Or are we in the future already?  Is this the present?  Ugh, I shouldn’t think about any of this weird time stuff or I’ll only give myself a headache."

Lightly giggling against his lips as the boy wrapped his arms around her waist, Violet kept her lips against his lips as she listened to him speak "Our future just looks good right now" she said "We're having a great present and we'll have a better future" she added as her small body then moved on top of him

When the boy kissed her back, Violet smiled to herself before she then looked up at him and let their foreheads rest against each other as sh listened to him speak “Well, I like that one more” she giggled “I’d love to have you spend more time with me” she said as her lips reached out to his for a quick second “Especially like this because I can kiss you easily” she added, smiling even wider

Luke laughed even as he kissed Violet back, the air from their lungs mixing together.  ”Good point.  If the future is going to include you, then of course it’s going to be positive.  Silly me.”

"Yes, it will be" she muttered as she cupped the boys cheek and continued to kiss him passionately "Hmm" she then sighed "I love you" she said, smiling against his lips "I love you so much" she added as she deepened the kiss

"I guess my hopeful guess slipped" Violet giggled as a smile then formed on her lips at the end "I wouldn’t mind a girl but I admit that I’m leaning more on the boy" she said, now nodding "I’m glad that you would like a boy as our child but we’re still not sure" she added shrugging "but whatever she or he is, I’ll still love him or her forever.."

"Well, if you give birth and the sprog turns out to be half-gorgon or something, I’ll have a couple of really interesting questions, but you’re right that I’ll probably just end up loving it anyway," Luke said, laughing.  "Our kid is going to be awesome no matter what - just look at who his parents  are."

Violet lightly giggled "Yeah, that's pretty much true" she said, nodding as a smile then formed on her lips "I'll love whatever he or she would turn out to be. We'll love whatever he or she would turn out to be" she added, smiling even wider "Anyways, he or she would turn pretty much turn into a human like us. "True, very true" she nodded "I think we’ll be able to plan that out in the future. I mean, who knows? Maybe something new would come out and we could use it to defend ourselves" she said, smiling "or we can be wizards and witches and try to create a spell or potion" she then giggled as she simply placed a hand on her stomach and smiled even wider to herself "Our child is going to have one heck of a welcome party when he’s ready to get out"

“‘He’?  Did you just refer to the sprog as ‘he?’ Is that a hopeful guess I hear or mother’s intuition?” Luke leaned over the table, peering at Violet’s still-flat belly as if it would give up its secrets if he just looked carefully enough.  ”I totally want to have a boy - we could teach the kid all sorts of boy things.  Although I guess a girl could be cool too,” he added as an afterthought.

You can think of good things too” she then kissed his cheek and nuzzled into it “I’m proud of you” she then added with another kiss, to the corner of his lips this time

Luke turned toward Violet, angling his body so that he could more easily return her kisses.  He sighed when they broke apart, letting their foreheads rest against each other so that they were looking at each other from mere inches apart.  ”I just need more practice being positive.  I should definitely hang around you more, given that that’s the case,” Luke murmured against her skin.

"I’m pretty sure that I’ll be fine with only you in my life, literally or not. I also believe in the fact that we would fight but we wouldn’t be ignoring each other for long or anything like that" she said, smiling "I mean, I just know for a fact that I can’t resist you and I’m pretty sure that you can’t resist me either" she then teased as a small giggle then escaped her lips at the end "I guess it would or could get a little boring and stuff but I think I’ll survive. Maybe we can have a secret boat or what not and visit the city once in a while"

"Secret boat.  Good idea," Luke said.  "We wouldn’t want the sprog to grow up exposed only to us, after all.  He or she would probably turn out a total weirdo if that was the case - might think that all people are like us and be totally incapable of getting by in the mortal world with just we two around.  Although we’d have to make sure that we weren’t attacked by monsters when we were visiting."

"True, very true" she nodded "I think we'll be able to plan that out in the future. I mean, who knows? It’s like a sign that we’re an obviously goof match” she then giggled

"Or maybe it’s a sign that even if we’re not a natural combination that most people would think of when looking at us casually, we make things work anyway and it all turns out okay in the end," Luke mused, shrugging back at her.  "Maybe it’s a sign that your excellentness as a soul-food is enough to make even my crustiness as a soul-food delicious by combination."

Violet nodded “Sounds good to me” she said, smiling to herself before she then giggled at his mention of their little family being together on a deserted island “That sounds adorable, I would love that. It’ll be a really good way for us to spend quite some quality time together. Also, having no one around is good in my opinion. It’ll be awesome”

"You really think that you could go for that long without talking to anyone but me?" Luke propped his chin on his hand, resting his elbow on the tabletop as he regarded Violet thoughtfully.  "I mean, I know I’m awesome and all, but the sprog probably wouldn’t be much in the way of company or anything but filling diapers and crying all night for a while there.  I love you better than anyone, but even I’m not sure I could live like that.  What if we had a fight?  It might escalate into something awful if we had no one else around to distract us."

"I'm pretty sure that I'll be fine with only you in my life, literally or not. Violet nodded “Yeah, that sounds way better” she said, smiling before she then giggled and added “I guess so?” as a response to his question on her soul “Also, you can be sprinkled on top of me. It’ll be better than having you make the chocolate syrup for me. There would be prepared ones” she then giggled once again as a wider smile formed on her lips

"All right, sprinkled shriveled-cookie-charcoal sundae it will be, then," Luke said.  "We’ll stick a couple of those cherries from jars on top and call it a day.  Probably won’t taste that good, but at least we’ll get lots of nutrients… Okay, never mind.  It has no virtues as a food, but there we will be anyway, made for each other."

Violet lightly giggled "Yeah, I guess you're right" she said, smiling "I mean, I bet it'll taste awesome but more or less it's not actual food" she added, now shrugging "Also, it is nice to know that we have a great combination if we were ice cream. It's like a sign that we're an obviously goof match" she then giggled

Violet laughed at the boys story “You’re so silly” she said, smiling at him “I think the authority would think of us as overly prepared if they ever find us” she added, shrugging “It’ll be pretty funny if they suddenly see us there with a life time supply of food” she then giggled to herself “I mean, if ever we couldn’t find anything for survival and stuff. We might just bring tons of food with us” she then nodded

"Okay, we’ll bring a lifetime supply of canned food and instant Ramen with us," Luke said.  "So it’ll have to be a pretty big boat to fit that much, and of course there’s the question of getting our own water distillery - we’ll start the Independent Nation of Two Awesome Demigods and Their Baby Sprog."  He grinned, loving the idea of their castle in the sky on some possibly-crappy desert island.  Even somewhat-crappy desert island wouldn’t be so bad, as long as they could be safe and happy and wouldn’t have gods and monsters gatecrashing their lives all the time.

Violet nodded "Sounds good to me" she said, smiling to herself before she then giggled at his mention of their little family being together on a deserted island "That sounds adorable, I would love that.
