Oh how humbling it is to go on someone’s blog and see that their SW is your UGW 😭

Made myself purge for the first time in months, crazy thing is that it wasn’t even after a big binge it was just a junk meal. But it’s the after, the moment it’s all out of me, god I forgot all about that feeling of emptiness. It was like I was the most lightest thing in the world and I was spinning and spinning and god it felt so amazing. It felt like every stress was lifted for me and I was floating. The thing is the higher you float the harder you fall. The next morning my throat was so sore and each gulp felt like sandpaper. Purging is so addictive and I’m really proud of myself for stopping for as long as I did. Progress isn’t a straight line, it takes time… but time passes. Don’t be to hard on yourself angels.

Everyday I wake up and mourn my LW like it was my dead child or something.

Having @na whilst being a short person is not for the weak. When you are short the moment you put on a bit of weight it is SO noticeable, but you could loose so much weight and still look normal. It is so hard when your short, even at my lowest weight which was 57kgs before I was forced into recovery, I looked perfectly healthy which was so frustrating. So that’s my reason for locking in this time and getting lower than I have ever been so I can truly know what I would look like at my best.

Keep going until you naturally look like how you do when you lift your shirt, turn to the side and suck it in.

Yeah break up’s hurts but have you ever been the biggest person in your friend group of naturally thin girls your whole life?

Nothing pmo more than when I’m trying to read the ingredients and cals in the grocery store and my friends or parents try rushing me. Like omg will it actually kill you to wait 1 minute?
