It has been a while since I did my last photoshoot. I had been pondering on how to create a photo, that incorporates the energetic motion of nature with the calm stillness of the heart, all within a photo. I'm very happy with this capture today. Training sometimes gives me injuries, and often these stick with you for a very long time. Paid a visit to my friends, Dr Jeff and Dr Jenny, who truly solved my lower back nerve issue and my shoulder pain issue, which I was suffering from for months! The pain prevented me from doing heavy weights and hence I was not able to truly bring back my shoulder size this year. Two sessions was all that it took to help me. Of course this would really depend on the severity of the condition. It truly reduced the pain I felt. I had tried visiting massages and other traditional institutions, but it did not help. Was introduced to Singapore Pain Solutions by my Friend, and that was when I realised, I should have visited them a long time ago! To all my friends, should you have shoulder injuries, or some lower back strains, why not consider visiting a certified Chiro instead. It really really helped me. Well my buddy @augustinegwj who got injured his shoulder recently playing volley Ball, and so we arranged a session! So just sharing with all the Athletes out there. If you are in pain due to strains, joint pains and stuff, do consider @singaporepainsolutions Both Dr Jeff and Dr Jenny are very active in sports and they can closely relate to our injuries and assist us!
