sweet as candy â { yachi + momo }
   She watches as the other looks at all the well, surprises going around with the kids that are dressed up and having fun. Theyâre really cute and even one of the smaller children, a baby, crawls right under Momoâs legs to the parents that stood right behind them. Noting how cute that is once the child finds their way to itâs parents, Momo speaks. âI bet you did that as a child,â She guesses to her with a small laugh as she takes a step forward, her eyes stuck to the ground more than usual since she didnât want babies just casually crawling around. "Sooo cute!"
   âI bet we could get this whatever percent off if we say weâre going as twins, sounds great right?â Peace sign prompted as she still holds onto the Nerds that she picked out. "We have the whole hair scheme going, if only we had the same wardrobe!" Looking at what sheâs wearing and what Yachi dons, sheâs sure if thereâs a clothes store around they could pull it off, right? Just tack on some horns and say twin demons or something like that.
   âI like it a lot, you picked such a good place!!â Praise of course since its really nice of Yahci to even pick a place like this, âMaybe we could even help give candy out to kids or something like that!â Just something to pass the time since it seems like they were going to be here for awhile. She wonders where the pudding and stuff would be at, looking up at where the aisle signs were to read what would be there. "But pop rocks and nerds with pudding sounds good right? My big brother says that stuff is disgusting and would send someone to the hospital.. but it only happened once.. not all the time."
   She shakes her head reminding herself of how Shintaro would always complain about Momoâs tastes which normally made her act mean to him! Like who doesnât pour a little bit of soda in their milk when they ate cereal? Only normal people did, of course! "So what type of candy do you like, we should get that for you too! I canât be the only one picking up sweet treats!!" All she has to hope is that her manager doesnât get on her for eating too much, he complained a lot when it comes to stuff like this.
Yachi's attention diverted towards the child that Momo had been mentioning about. By the time she had turned over, the baby had already found its way to its parents. Watching the young child move around, Yachi couldn't help but agree â indeed, it was really adorable. Children were all little angels â Yachi loved them. "Ah, me? Probably... All children seem to do that, anyway!" She nodded her head, a gentle smile on her features. "Hmm...  Do you like children?"Â
"Ah!" Her chain of thoughts were broken when Momo started speaking again. Her eyes trailed to the packets of sweets that the other was grasping on. She let out a chuckle, grinning. "Heh heh, fret not... I'm sure we'll be able to trick them into selling these in a cheaper price..." They looked pretty similar, that was true. If only Yachi could be a tad bit taller... They would look almost identical then. "We should bargain with them to the lowest price possible! And... If it doesn't work, we should... Buy some matching outfits, right!" Matching outfits were cute, anyway!Â
Upon hearing Momo's compliment, her cheeks flushed pink. "I'm glad you like it... It's a wonderful place! Sweet and cute..." She wanted to add a 'just like you' to what she had just said, but oh, that would be a tad bit too mushy. Giving out candies to the kids sounded like a good idea. Yachi had never tried doing stuff like that before, anyway â it would be a new experience. "Sure! We could do that â it sounds cool!"Â
Pop rock and nerds with pudding, huh... The truth is, Yachi didn't know. That mixture of sweets was, like she mentioned before, all new and unique. She had never seen anyone trying something like that before â but hey, it may taste good, right? "I don't know â we could give it a shot... Eh, wait, it landed someone in the hospital?" Was it that bad? No way, right?Â
"Oh... That's right!" She had forgotten to snag some candies. "I think I'll get some... Chocolate bars! Yeah!"Â
I'll be going off to Thailand for a week or so for a holiday â so I'll be putting Yachi on a semi-hiatus for the time being! I do know I owe Momo a reply (I'm sorry sweetheart. I'M REALLY SORRY), but if I owe anyone else a reply/starter/anything, please do inform me! I'll work on replies again as soon as I return from my holiday. Thank you!!
sweet as candy â { yachi + momo }
   When getting confirmation that sheâs fine and ready to go, Momo gives a smile and hopes for the best! She then starts walking while Yachi is by her side, pushing open the storeâs doors to reveal all the sweet delicacies that it has to offer for them. âWoah!?â She exclaims, pointing at all the Halloween they had for sale and even the prices were 50% off if they wore a costume. Well, itâs fine! Not like they needed that 50% off anyway! "Theyâre really getting into gear with Halloween hitting soon," She speaks as she see how the managers and such had even dressed up. Itâs really cute but itâs fine since some people wore their normal clothing and the few kids inside were donned in cute and scary outfits.
   She sees all the normal type candy like SNICKERSŸ and TWIXŸ laid about in different areas and even a few candy bags zipped up with them being themed as small skeletons and brains. They were truly trying to do it out, little bats made out a jelly substance in a few of them. "You picked a good place, thereâs so many things to choose from!" Truthfully, she couldnât wait, even her stomach was growling and it was loud enough for people to hear.
   When she notices a small kid looking at her, she couldnât help but chuckle in a nervous manner before turning so that she was facing Yachiâs way. âI wouldnât even know where to start.â Considering the way Momo ate food, sheâd probably experiment it with it somehow, some way.
   âOo! We should buy pop rocks and nerds because if you pour it in pudding, itâs so ood.. especially chocolate pudding.â Her taste buds were quite something, like how she loved red bean soup with cola poured into it. At this moment, she releases the femaleâs hands and walks over to a shelf that had a rather large box of strawberry and grape nerds that was black and orange for the holidays. "We could use this too!" Now, hopefully, Yachi suffered enough in her life to realize Momoâs taste buds were quite off.
   âWhat do you think?â
As the other proceeded towards the candy shop, Yachi followed behind closely, sneaking a few glances at her. Gosh, it appeared that she was still to shy to look at her in the eye. Well, that would have to change soon â she definitely wouldn't like Momo to think that she was a rude person! When she saw the wide variety of candies, lollipops and chocolates â whatever you can name â displayed all around, she gasped in surprise â she had never expected the candy shop to be this huge. "Wow... So much... Candy..." She mumbled in awe, her irises scanning around the store.Â
"Oh! Halloween!" That's right â how could she forget about the upcoming occasion? This definitely explained the people who were adorned with different... Frightening outfits. Ah, frightening outfits. Even up till now, she was still terrified of those scary outfits â she knew they were merely normal people dressing up, but those outfits... They looked too real. Still gives her the spooks, really. "Ah... They're really into the mood, alright!"Â
The different types of candy was mouth-watering indeed. There were lots of new types of candy which Yachi herself had never even seen before â this was definitely a new experience for her. "A good place, huh? IâIs that right? I'm glad you like this place!" Oh, she was more than glad, actually. At least she won't have to worry about Momo finding her boring for bringing her to the good old candy shop. Yachi couldn't wait to get around selecting the different candies she wanted to try out.Â
As she heard Momo's stomach growling, she couldn't help to giggle as well â she thought that it was real cute! "Hmm, we could try everything in here!"Â
"Hmm... Pop rocks and nerds with pudding..." That sounded like quite an interesting combination, really. Yachi didn't know how the final product would taste like, though â for she have never tried anything like this before. But well... Since Momo thought it was good, it should be fine... Right? "Um, I think it's pretty alright! Let's have that, then!"Â
candy heaven... â { yachi + chuutarou }
  School had just ended and instead of participating in school clubs like most kids, Chuutarou was getting ready to work his part-time job. The candy store was definitely the job he had the most fun in. There were always a lot of kids entering the shop which made the young boy extremely happy, since he gets the chance to talk with more kids his age. Plus, being surrounded by shelves of sweet candy was any kids dream.Â
  Tying the storeâs apron around his small body, he ran out to the counter to greet any new customers. Dark hues spotted a blonde girl about his size, maybe a bit taller, muttering to herself. Maybe she was the same age as him and she probably needed help. Now itâs his time to shine!Â
  With his bright smile, Chuutarou skipped up to the girl and greeted her. "Hey there! The chocolate hereâs the best!" He beamed while holding a handful of assorted chocolate bits for her to choose from. All the sweets here were delicious, but hopefully sheâd like these.  Â
Yachi was sure surprised when she heard someone speaking to her. She was snapped out of her thoughts â who exactly called her? Looking around, she finally saw a young boy â he looked younger than she was, at the very least â with a wide smile on his features. He looked a tad bit too young to be working in the candy store â she almost thought he was a mere random shopper talking to her â when she saw the apron he put on with the logo of the candy store.Â
"Ah... Hey!" She greeted back, a smile on her face. Her orange irises scanned the variety of chocolate in his hands with interest â she had never tried eating any of them, really â but they looked delicious enough, alright. "Oh... Is that so?" Yachi herself had only tasted the sweets in this particular candy store. Though, it wouldn't hurt to give trying out the chocolate here a shot!Â
"Which type of chocolate would you recommend to me, then?"Â

your horn dropped off â { yachi + kuroo }
   With October rolling to an end, the prevalence of costume shops, popping up here and there, had been dominant, for the past few weeks; and while he dislikes having to get out of bed at a reasonable time of day, it wouldnât hurt, to check what types of costumes that the store had in stock. Arriving at some time in the early afternoon (sun is good for you, people say; sleep is also good, Kuroo wants to reply), the shop is more crowded than he expects; but, nonetheless, he rifles through a variety of clothing racks, cautiously stepping over carelessly littered fabric on the floors. (Theyâre on the shelf one second, and then tossed the next).
   Heâs in front of the mirror, finalizing an outfit that heâs spent about an hour selecting â a black mash-up from the demon category, accompanied by a hooded red cloak; the thick fabric sits heavily on his shoulders, but he likes that aspect of it. What he doesnât like, however, are how wide the sleeves are; as a result, he finds that they tend to snag, against certain surfaces, and in his haste, the headband slips from his hair and lands on the floor, but as he bends to pick it up, he finds that someoneâs beaten him to it â or something, rather⊠a pumpkin?
   "Ah, hey. Thanks⊠pumpkin.â Doing his best to stifle his laugh (her costume definitely catches him off-guard), Kuroo accepts the headband from her grasp; sticks his tongue out, to the side, as he readjusts it on his head. Truthfully, it takes him a few seconds, until he turns back towards her, eyes widening, as his mind finally pins down what it is about her that seems so familiar. "Heyâ Youâre Karasunoâs manager, right? Not the main one, but, you know. The other one. Managerâs apprentice, I guess."
Well, she definitely heard his chuckling. And her face grew pale â was her outfit that laughable? She was, no doubt, a little offended by that â but she was more busy being embarrassed than angry, really. Perhaps he was just not used to seeing people dressed up as pumpkins rather than your usual witches, wizards, demons or vampires. Oh, perhaps. "You're welcome... Umm..." She mustered a smile, as sweat trickled down her cheeks â was it because of the heat inside the costume, or the awkwardness of the situation â she didn't know. She fiddled with the side of her costume, thinking of what exactly she should refer him as. And after a few seconds of utter silence... "DâDemon." There we go. Perfect.Â
She was surprised by his reaction when he turned behind and saw her, really. Another drop of sweat trickled down her forehead. What was wrong now â something on her face? Something he wanted to continue teasing her about?! Geez, what was wrong with him, exactly? It was not until he started speaking again and mentioning the term 'Karasuno's Manager' when she realized â Wait, he knew her? "Huh? The other one? The apprentice? YâYeah, that's right. That's me..." How did he know her, anyway? Did they meet somewhere before?Â
It was not until she took another good look at him when she remembered â ah, they did meet one another before indeed! He was the captain of, say, which school again? That's right â Nekoma! She wasn't exactly sure when she had seen him â was it at the training camp, perhaps? She did remember collecting rubbish from someone that looked like him. But oh, she couldn't remember what his name was.Â
"WâWait! You... I know you!"Â
SORRY!! â { yachi + oikawa }
Itâs not his first Halloween, nor the second â but, admittedly, back in Japan, the celebrations held for the holiday didnât exactly compare to the sudden rush people seemed to experience here. As October rolls by, everything turns orange-black, and he canât exactly help being sucked into the Halloween spirit; especially since the idea of a big, luxurious party instead of bland trick-treating is much more pleasant (and much more interesting, too; candy isnât as appealing as it was five years ago, unless itâs milk pan â but, realistically speaking, who gives that stuff out for Halloween?)
The streets end up being full of people who had already picked out their costumes â various versions of vampires, demons, werewolves and things youâd normally only see in horror movies. The crowd only grows thicker as he approaches the costume shop, visible from tens of feet away, due to the excessive, neon advertisements; and, since the entirety of his attention is focused on the bright colors right ahead of him, he doesnât even notice walking into someone abrubtly, a loud scream drowning out all the other noise.
âOh,â he glances down, instinctively; offers her a small, apologetic grin, putting both of his arms up defensively. âNo, no â donât apologize! I should be the one saying sorry,â considering that sheâs small and petite and heâs â well, not. It takes him a few seconds to connect the dots â she seems oddly familiar, somehow, although a particular memory doesnât come to mind; nevertheless, itâs enough to pique his interest, and he smiles, cheerfully, glancing up to look at the costume shop again.
âHey, as an apology, how about I take you there? Thatâs where youâre going, right? Donât worry, Chibi-chan â when Iâm around, no vampire is gonna catch you.â
"Chibi-chan..." She mumbled, repeating what he had just called her â was she that small, though? Well, compared to him â you could say she was. Usually, Yachi would cower in fear when someone who towered over her spoke to her â but he looked friendly enough, alright. Besides, he did look a little familiar to her too â did she see him somewhere before? Well, she decided not to question â it would be rude of her to go about asking someone she had just met (probably) something like that.Â
She turned towards the direction which the other was looking at â the costume shop. That's right. I was on my way there! She recalled. Well, before they collided into one another, of course. "Huh? YâYes, I'm going there." She replied, nodding her head a tad bit too violently. "You're going to... Bring me there?" Oh, that seemed like a good idea â she would probably not be able to reach there alone, anyway â considering how she would be unable to make it through the crowds of people.Â
"Oh... Sure thing... I guess..." Not like he looked evil or anything. Even if he was evil, it was a mere trip to the costume shop, anyway â everything would be fine. Besides, since he looked a little familiar â she may have seen him around before she arrived in the city. In school? During one of the games? She didn't know. No one she had encountered before her arrival here, was bad or whatsoever. It should be all okay.Â
She cowered back a little when the term 'vampire' was brought up. Oh, please â not those blood-sucking creatures. Yachi had seen them on television before â gosh, they could and probably would kill her if she met one. "VâVampires..." Anything but vampires. Well, maybe not anything, though.Â
"WâWell... Let's just... Get going... Before the vampires... Arrive..."Â
sweet as candy â { yachi + momo }
   Holding the otherâs hand is a go, of course, sheâs a little nervous herself when it comes to these things. Maybe itâs because of the teasing she reciprocated from Shintaro all her life, calling her a little brat who would never get this far. Which is probably she sheâs a little embarrassed over this, at first she had this in the bag but now she didnât want to make no mistakes whatsoever. Sheâs sure to keep up her smile and none of the nervous ones that she gives people who want her autograph or to interview her, but one thatâs showing she is really excited.
   âYes you! Youâre my fiancĂ©!! Iâm not a pretty big deal or anything so youâll know everything about me, I promise!â She states this ever so happily and even when the other looks away, Momo blinks and wonders did she do something wrong. Quickly does she look the exact same way to see if thereâs something over there, "Do you see something!?" Sheâs not all that bright but she does hold a good conscious from time to time, her free hand raising and being placed above her eyes to block out the soon to see if thereâs anything there.
   She doesnât see whatâs caught the otherâs eyes, but Momo even squints as she keeps hold of the otherâs hand. "Or is there another place you wanted to visit after this because if so, Iâm game!" Because of her disposition, Momo could never think Yachi is weird since she believes herself to be abnormal considering her abilities. Either way, she squeezes the girlâs hand lightly, "I donât have anything else planned today so we can do whateverâŠ!"Â
  To give her whole day to a stranger must be weird, but this girl just isnât a âstrangerâ, this is her spouse, her wife that sheâs to marry and possibly raise a kid once they hit seventeen. Thereâs also that idea that Yachi might find her weird at a later date.. itâs something that the idol would have to deal with sooner or later right? She has to prepare herself for a crushing defeat.. "I planned my whole day to be with you so, are you ready?"
"Ah, I'm no bigger deal, though..." She muttered under her breath. Yachi was a mere high school student, after all â she had nothing extraordinary about her that was worth stating, to be honest. She was even a little afraid that Momo may turn around and leave her when she realizes exactly how ordinary and clumsy she was. Ah, that was probably the worst thing that could ever happen in the history of Yachi Hitoka. "IâI meant... Yes, you'll know things about me too! We'll both know things about each other! That's nice!"Â
When the other started speaking to her again, she was snapped out of her thoughts. Her cheeks turned light pink and a shy smile emerged upon her features â it seemed like she had noticed that Yachi was gazing away. "No, no!" She stated quickly, pulling a loose strand of hair behind her ear with her free hand. "I didn't see anything, don't worry!"Â
She noticed how their hands were still grasped together â that was awkward, but cute to her. She let out another embarrassed chuckle and shook her head. "This place is fine with me! Really fine! Couldn't be more fine!" Oh, well â her clumsiness was showing itself again. Hopefully Momo was fine with that â she would have to get used to it â considering how they probably had to live with each other for a long, long time. "Um.. I don't have anything up today too! Luckily!"Â
A darker shade of pink was formed on her cheeks once again. Oh, why was she so sensitive in front of pretty girls? "I'm ready! Always ready when you're ready!" Ah, she couldn't wait for this to begin already. They were definitely going to have a blast â she could smell it.Â
"Um... Well... Let's go!"Â
How do ghosts get back into their house? A spooKEY! [@yachi]
  One thing he knew, is that he was going to have quite a spooky new future ahead of him! Now, the rest of the pieces finally show itself, and come together; a city already bustling in excitement for Halloween, along with a husband⊠And a child! Is he going to complain, oh not at all! He really has no reason to, honestly.
   âOui! That is correct.â He answers the girlâs question with much ease, only the two of them are in the apartment at the moment, so the obvious is present. Once again, his prediction is correct. His trusty prophecies never fail him, making just about every presumption accurate.
   A hand reaches back, and brushes back the cloak thatâs attached to his headdress, âYou catch on quick, ma fille! I should be impressed, maybe.â With that, he crosses his arms for a brief moment, âI feel as if I didnât introduce myself well enough, pardon me.â
   From the belt of his hakama, he reveals his wooden flute which is now held gracefully in his palm.
   âHark! The call of the heavens, the earth, the sea⊠They summon me forth to defeat evil! Waka, the godsâ gift to man, is here! Bonjour!â With his arm over his chest, he raises the hand which carries his trusty flute to strike a dramatic pose.
   His hand with the flute points towards Yachi, âIt seems we are here for the same reason! I wouldnât have it any other way, ma fille. Are you not partaking in the current celebration thatâs happening? Itâs good coming to a city and seeing everyone in such high spirits wouldnât you agree?â
"HâHuh?" What was he mumbling on about? To defeat... Evil? Was he imagining things or... Whatever was going on? Yachi decided not to question, though â he was her father, after all â she didn't wish to be reprimanded for being rude or whatsoever. At least she managed to catch his name, though â Waka, was that right? "Ah, so Dad's name is Waka..." She muttered, trying to process everything that was going on before her.Â
She was caught aback indeed when she saw the flute flying upwards, and she stumbled backwards, almost tripping on the carpet that was lined on the ground. "WâWow! Flute..." Did he play the flute, or something like that? She supposed she'll have to ask him later.Â
At this moment, she realized that she had forgotten to introduce herself. "Oh! My name is Yachi... Yachi Hitoka! I'm a Manager of a Volleyball Club!" She was about to reach her hand forward for a handshake when the flute came lunging towards her, which caused her to pull it back again. An embarrassed smile emerged on her features.
"The celebrations... You meant Halloween, right? Yes, it's good to see everyone happy..." She nodded her head. "WâWell, besides the fact that Halloween is a little... SâScary..." Oh, Yachi was just no good with the terrifying costumes people put on.
candy heaven... â { yachi + chuutarou }
Candy. That was all that was on Yachi's mind this fine day. After studying for the entire morning, she craved to get something sweet that could, well â sweeten up her life a little. Besides, eating candy literally had a magical effect on her â it does help to lighten her mood. Everyone deserved some nice, wonderful candy after a hard time of studying, don't they? Well, at least that was what Yachi thought.Â
Ah, it was so relieving to finally step into the candy shop! Her eyes brightened as she studied the different candies that aligned the shelves of the shop. This was definitely one of the best place around the city to relax a little!Â
"Candy heaven..." She muttered to herself, as she picked up a small plastic bag to contain the candies that she would soon fill it up with. Though, she was pretty sure she would purchase more than merely one plastic bag worth of candy. But she'd leave that for later.Â
"Hmm, what to buy, what to buy..."Â

unexpected reunion â { yachi + hinata }
The streets â lined with the usual spooky decorations for the upcoming festive occasion â was packed with people bulldozing their way left and right. How Yachi found herself being squeezed like a pancake in the crowd â she had no idea, really. The last thing she remembered yelling when she ran head on into the sea of people was â "I'm going to get a pretty costume!!". It was obviously not the best idea, but seeing how everyone else were clad in the different costumes to celebrate the occasion â she somehow got into the spirit of wanting to join in too.Â
Making her way towards the shop with the large 'Costume Shop' banner was a huge challenge for the small and petite lass â being knocked by elbows, knees and all sorts of props you could probably name when walking down the street was definitely not the best situation for anyone to be in. As she attempted to dodge the different obstacles that were in her way â her eyes came across a rather familiar-looking shade of orange hair.Â
Her eyes widened in surprise, as she ceased any movement for a split second. Was that âÂ
"HâHinata?! Hinata, is that you?!"Â
sweet as candy â { yachi + momo }
   Since sheâs laying on her bed and the moment she gains the message is what brings her cellular device to hit her face. A noise of pain leaving from her lips but itâs nothing that stays for long because sheâs shocked and speechless. More so ecstatic to be honest when she receives a message from the person sheâs to marry. Her mind runs over many things about how lucky she is that anyone wants to deal with her and even the location is pretty sweet (in more ways than one). Sheâs thankful for one, her manager spoke to Momo and decides that she doesnât have to speak on a talk show until later in her careerâ which her manager corrects is next week.
   One more glance at her device to see what time this would all be placed, she finds it convenient that itâs soon. Though she could wait, she knows better to do that. If she doesnât get a head start, sheâll probably get herself lost. She believes in herself after all. The belief to go the wrong way.
   Placing her feet onto the floor and sliding them into the shoes she normally wears, she makes sure to pull down her hoodie with âAunâ written on the front. She has to make sure the label looks at least straight, sheâs proud of her exquisite taste. One more check in the mirror and pulling of a smile along with a peace sign, thinking that itâs cute enough, she finds her way out her home. Now, she does end up lost for about fifteen minutes, since sheâs new here she doesnât officially know her way around as much as she believes but she knows where to go in order to get to work.
   Getting a head start did benefit her in the long run, those fifteen minutes werenât wasted at all which sheâs proud of herself. Hand raised to pat her back, she finally bends down and hands grasp her knees as she tries to catch her breath. "I.." Inhale. "I made it!!" She exclaims and out the corner of her eyes, she spots her⊠Yachi Hitoka. Quickly leaning back up straight and her eyes open, "A-AHA!"
   "Youâre! My fiancĂ©!â Itâs easy to tell, the other standing outside the shop and seems to have been waiting. Momo scratches the back of her dual colored locks, laughing in an embarrassed manner as she tries to get herself together. A smile forms on her features as she extends her hand to the other, sheâs polite sometimes but can be waaay too loud for her own good. âIâm sorry if Iâm late, this is such a big place.. but Iâm excited!â She pauses once more,
   "To get to know you better, that is! And the date!"
When she caught sight of a blonde girl stumbling to her side, many things came into her mind â was this the person she had been waiting for? Gosh, that adorable outfit and such pretty and luxurious hair... She was gorgeous â much stunning than Yachi herself, at the very least. Yachi was at a loss of what to do when she started speaking to her â oh god, what was she supposed to say? Her heart was palpitating against her chest, as she stared a little too intensely at the girl.Â
"FiancĂ©! Me!" She repeated, still in a state of confusion. It was still hard to believe, though â she was finally able to meet her fiancĂ©. It seemed almost like... A dream. She listened to what the other girl had to say patiently, the thoughts in her mind all jumbled together. She smiled sheepishly, scratching the side of her cheek.
"IâIt's not a problem! Don't... Don't worry about it!" She let out an awkward chuckle, as she reached out to the girl's hands as well. A light blush formed on her cheeks, her eyes wandering to the side â a little reluctant to look at the other in the eye. What if she found her weird or something like that? Yachi definitely wouldn't want someone she had just metâ especially her spouse â to have such an impression of her. Â
"UâUm... IâI'd love to get to know you better too..."
short of funds â { yachi + alice }
      {â„} Alice is proud of herself because she now knows the proper proceedings that come with buying things out of stores and whatnot. Though she still has no sense of how important money is, just that it is needed to get practically anything she wants, the brunette does know how to properly count it and can be trusted enough to go into stores by herself on a few occasions.
She tests herself at a nearby cafe, practically bouncing on her heels at the thought of a sweet treat to it. Pastries were her second favourite thing, right behind various meats of course. She pauses her bouncing long enough to notice the sudden dejected air around the person in front of her. Out of pure curiosity, she leans forward, nosily trying to see what the blonde was doing.Â
"Whatâs wrong with you? Didja lose something important?"
Imagine Yachi's surprise when she heard the person that was standing behind her started speaking to her. She was confused for a second, really â Was she talking to me? What did she want from me? Did I do something wrong?Â
"Uwah? Me?" Her orange irises landed on the young girl. Yachi let out a small and awkward laugh. She didn't lose anything important, really â she was just short of some money to purchase her cup of latte â but she was too embarrassed to mention it. What if this girl started laughing at her for being forgetful or something?Â
"UâUm, I didn't lose anything important, actually... I'm just, um â um..." Should she tell her?Â
"...Short of money."Â There we go.
short of funds â { yachi + alice }
A cup of latte was always the most refreshing after a busy day out â and that was exactly what Yachi was here in the cafĂ© for. Everything was going on fine â she was queueing up for her order and all â until she opened her purse and realized. She was short of a dollar to purchasing her cup of latte. A grimace emerged on her features. What was the meaning of this?
"MâMy latte..."Â
Was she not to get to enjoy a mere cup of latte today? If only someone could be nice enough to borrow her some money â she would be more than grateful to them, actually â but at the same time, there was no one she knew that was present in the cafĂ© whom she could ask for their assistance...Â
your horn dropped off â { yachi + kuroo }
The costume shop was a petrifying and blood-curdling place for Yachi to be in, really. What was the matter with all those zombie and demon masks and outfits that were displayed, anyway? How could anyone even like or enjoy such an occasion â Halloween â where everyone literally transforms into creepy creatures?Â
Despite finding the occasion thus spooky, Yachi still found herself wandering around the costume shop â trying on the different costumes (that were not overly frightening or anything, of course) that caught her eye â namely the outfit of a pumpkin. It was the least scariest thing she could find in the entire shop â and it didn't look half bad on her. Though, she had to admit that it was rather difficult to move around in it.Â
Just as she was making her way out of the changing room, she noticed something fall on the ground â was that... Someone's horn, or something? She felt her blood run cold once again â not one of those eerie Halloween outfit stuff again, please! Nevertheless, she knew it was only the right thing to do to return it to whoever it belongs to, right?Â
Trembling, she bent down in a clumsy manner â her huge pumpkin outfit in the way of everything again. Tapping the person who had dropped their belonging on their hand, she let out an awkward smile.Â
"UâUm... Your... Horn... Dropped off..."Â

sweet as candy â { yachi + momo }
Yachi still could not believe it â she was actually engaged to someone â and the person that was her significant other was a very cute girl, at that â according to the pictures of her. Yachi had a thing for cute people, really â and this young girl that was her fiancĂ© was not only adorable, pretty, but she also seemed to be really friendly. In simple words, Yachi absolutely could not wait to finally meet her for the first time.Â
She still didn't know how she had the courage to send a message to the girl to ask her out for a date, though â but to her relief, the girl â her name was Momo, wasn't it? â had agreed to meet her outside the huge candy store that was down the street. Yachi had decided to call her out to the candy store for their first date â she was sure that Momo would love it! Besides, a date in a candy store sounded cute and fluffy. It sounded really romantic â at least it is to Yachi.Â
She had arrived ten minutes early before their meeting time outside the said candy store â slurping on a drink as she tried to calm her nerves. She had never been on a date before. She sincerely hoped that she would not goof up in front of her spouse. A light blush emerged on her cheeks as she thought about the date that was coming right up â she absolutely couldn't wait.
How do ghosts get back into their house? A spooKEY! [@yachi]
  âMy, itâs such a surprise seeing such festivities upon arrival, is it not?â The first thing he utters when entering his newly, acquired apartment house. Truly, not something he had in mind, but itâll do. For the most part, the apartment is rather quaint, very cute for a family of three! Maybe some edits need to be done to make it more fitting to his tastes, but there isnât much to complain about, truly.
  Turning around on his sandals, to face a small girl that enters the room, he speaks again, âAh, excusez-moi. I didnât mean to take such a long time arriving, I just wanted to get a glimpse of this land before coming here.â The decorations, pumpkins about with faces carved onto their surface, along with skeletons, and scarecrows⊠Actually, itâs rather spooky, but at the scene of children running around with creative masks worn, laughing with the most evident delight he feels at ease.
  âWhat brings you here? You must be taking a look at our new humble abode as well, you must be my daughter I presume, non?â
Yachi was still â no doubt â confused about how things work in this new city. All she was aware about was that she had been assigned to a new home â from the rather fanciful key she had obtained when she had first stepped foot into the city. She was, honestly, pretty excited to meet the people she would be living together with â her parents, right?Â
Of course, it took the lass some time to find her way into the apartment. She was not the best when it comes to navigating around new places, after all. Imagine the surprise when Yachi found a blonde male â who didn't particularly look too old, really â standing in the living room. As he spun around and started speaking to her, she was still in a daze â who is this person?Â
"AâAre you talking to me?" She questioned, pointing a finger at herself. She noted his use of French â she had picked up a little of those in Middle School. Was he from France or something? Oh, and he called her 'daughter'! So this was her â "UâUm, Dad?" She mumbled, in a state of confusion. This was too surprising, really â meeting one of her parent for the first time. "YâYes, I'm here to, you know, take a look around! It's, um, nice seeing you here!"Â
