Did you know more than half of each T. rex tooth was embedded deep in the jaws? This helped the fierce predator withstand the immense bending forces during a bite. While humans replace teeth just once in a lifetime, tyrannosaurs kept getting new teeth about every two years for their entire lives. So they never became toothless and always had sharp new additions. Another fun fact?
