Here’s a reminder that while there are ethical bat taxidermies, most of them are unethical and catch bats specifically for taxidermy - which is NOT okay. So, if you’re at your local oddities shop, remember to ask how the taxidermist received the bats before you buy !!

Here’s a website where you can find local bat rescues. If you spot an injured or sick bat, please be sure to call your local bat rescue!! The bats deserve to live just as much as any other animal!!

i was rewatching welcome to derry and i noticed the guy that’s talking to rose in the shop she works in says the exact same line as stephen king does in it chapter two when bill is trying to get his bike back i just thought this was interesting and you guys should know too
