WITH THIS CANDLE...

“What ! No! Don’t! I think it’s really great. Or I’m sure I would if I knew what you were writing.” She added with an encouraging smile. “Did you want some company? I was just gonna sketch - I’ll be as quite as a mouse if you need me to be.”

“Oh well im grateful for your kind words thank you -uh... n-nice lady?” Victor said awkwardly and then smiled softly “Oh ! you sketch ? would it be rude of me to ask if i can see what you´ve drawn? I-im a big fan of art myself” Victor said shyly .

The girl had been carrying a different bunch of dry leaves and flowed on her skirt. She was planning on using them to make a decoration for the Garden Centre. “Hello. I didn’t realize I was being stealthy.” She admitted, carefully sitting on the other side of the bench. “What do you want to erase?”

“Oh it’s silly um- i didn't think anybody was  actually uh- listening ...” Victor said with a shy smile “But um... if you are curious, i was writing about how utterly beautiful is the weather we get to enjoy this afternoon” he looked down at his feet “A-again  ... silly”

“Uh… Yeah, okay.” Violet nervously looked at her feet for a moment. Somehow, the boy being so obviously nervous made her more nervous too. But then again, she was always anxious so… relatable. She sat down with a small smile. “Were you writing something?”

“W-writing , m-mm-me? I mean -obviously me” He sighed and gave an awkward smile as he looked down and then gently pushed his hair back. “Well there's this butterfly i saw ... and uh- I liked the colors on its wings so i was describing it ..h-here” he shrugged “I do apologize it sounds like a real bore i know”

Violet had been planning on finding a place away from everyone and taking some time for herself after finishing her shift. The girl had her usual wave of hair covering her face, so it took her a moment to see there was someone already sitting on the bench. “Oh, uh, hi.” She pushed her hair behind her ears. “I didn’t mean to bother you… Can I sit?”

“Huh... no.. -i mean YES” He said abruptly and facepalmed “My apologies -im just , well it´s - it's silly... Hello” Victor said, He was a very shy person , especially when it came to girls, He then looked at the empty space beside him and smiled “Victor , im Victor ...”
