Hiya! This is so old-- so sorry I didn’t see it ages ago, but I figured I’d answer it anyway!

Yep so, that’s a wig. It’s a standard Smiffy’s halloween wig, 80s classic Madonna style. It’s got a toole white bow on it normally. I cut it off to fit the look. Bought it off Amazon UK, none too fancy! :)
