TOURNAMENT RULES Items OFF STOCK 5 lives Sets 2/3 Winners/Losers/Grand Finals 3/5 Character Selection: All characters are legal, however some colors are banned (Black DK, Dark Samus, Dark Falcon) Players may also request a double-blind character selection to prevent counter picking LEGAL STAGES: Kongo Jungle, Dream Land GENTLEMAN'S AGREEMENT: Because the stage selection is small in smash 64 if both players agree to Hyrule Castle it can be selected. First stage MUST be Dream Land The Loser may change characters and stages. Winner must keep the same character. Ledge-stalling is BANNED. Example: Getting back on the stage using Pikachu's quick attack is fine, but abusing the invincibility frames of pikachu's quick attack while repeatedly planking the edge is NOT!
