I sometimes think about the amount of anger that Miyako has within her about the amount of bullshit she deals with about this whole thing.
You're born onto this bitch of an earth, just to be marked to be sacrificed into the void. You are blamed for a crime that took place well over a thousand years ago. Do you know what said crime is? No. Will anyone tell you? Also No.
You keep having a recurring dream that you're being eaten alive. It begins too fuzzy at first, can't make out too many details. Until it becomes so overwhelming that you can practically feel the teeth and nails ripping into you. And every time, you can make out one face from the rest of them. As you get older, you make the assumption that the woman is (was?) you in the past, eating God.
This assumption takes over your every waking thought, because now you know that you're a horrible person full of sin and deserves the punishment you're about to take. There is no argument against it. You're probably not going to die, but the alternative is too much to think about for too long. As you stop begging for forgiveness from a God that's not having any of that, you figure you might as well act how you wish and not how you're told.
As you are caught within a neverending loop, you put two and two together that you're NOT the original one who devoured God. As it turns out, this means all of Jack and Shit to God and he still wants you punished. There is no judgement in this world, only violence and cruelty. If anything, God taught you that lesson well. Because of this, you try to find it within yourself to be kinder than him.

Is there any fanon about your muse that you can't stand?
Oh Absolutely. I wish with all my heart that people were normal about teenage girls, but no. The fact that Miyako is blind and constantly needs assistance, makes it so people are never not annoying about her.
The most common I keep running into is Miyako being... creepy and manipulative. Which pisses me off so quickly, because the moment that most people will say she's being 'creepy' is a cutscene where she's laying besides Kyoya after he promises to protect her and she... smiles.
Like???? How devious. Absolutely nefarious.
Like, if it was about the face capture technique alone, sure. I can see how that might have been unsettling. But calling Miyako evil for simply smiling after feeling safe in what feels like Hell unfolding. Yeah. I'm throwing hands.

Verse/au page now have links to what threads belong to those categories. Also updated the titles to some of them.
Updated the rules a little, nothing that requires a relook, just simplified myself a bit.
Made a (hopefully) clearer understanding regarding Miyako and her sightjacking. Same with the shibito and the buggy god. (Probably overthinking it too much, but still...)
Most of these changes were done through mobile, so if you see something buggy/broken, please tell me. I'll try fixing it, asap. Almost done with the multi blog and will be adding a section with the link later. Also, a link on the doc covering my other blogs, main rules and triggers for each and every blog. This will be shown up on the pin of each blog.
Kereb absolutely knows how to 'shake' hands with someone, but is so nitpicky about dirt that he wont do it if he's paws are dirty.
If he does, It's absolutely with disrespect and he's making sure his paws have as much mud as possible.
One of those things that id love to explore, but probably wont bc Miyako is Like That™ is how you can probably tell when she feels a certain lvl of safety/trust around you is when Kereb gets silly
Due to the fact that Kereb is from a breed of dogs that have a ton of activity, he loves playtime. He love swimming, chewing tree bark (chewing a big ass block of ice is his favorite), doing the stupid Big Stompy. He'll fake growl even. He just likes being silly whenever Miyako feels being silly. These two idiots will run in a field (they're both falling, it's fine.)

I believe I stated this somewhere before, but Miyako never hated her sister. She loves Ayako, for better and worse. She wants to see her sister happy again, to hear her laughing and to hold her hand as they walk side by side.
True, the weight of Miyako's fate always weighed heavily on both of their shoulders, but it was tolerable together. The future was scary and confusing, but she had Ayako to depend on and her in vice versa. Even though Ayako had a lot of responsibilities, including taking care of Miyako, she still tried to handle everything. Miyako tries her best to be well behaved and to 'play her part' as well, but as time goes on, it's became more clear that Ayako was drowning.
Unlike Miyako, their parents' eyes were on Ayako all the time. Everything prior to the final ritual had to be perfect, and she had to be ready to fulfill her role as well. It only got worse when Ayako became betrothed to Jun and he took an interest in Miyako and becoming the 'New World's Messiah'.
