BLACK HAT ORG IS NEVER FOUNDED AND INSTEAD THE MASKED MACABRE CREATES A MERCENARY SERVICE ( MACABRE MERCENARIES INC ). THIS MEANS THAT FLUG AND CECILIA WOULD MEET IN A PRIVATE SCIENCE SCHOOL.
Black Hat -> Aldita Guerreno
( Black Hat never becomes demonic in the victorian era. He does his deal instead to a anglic force him eternal life to aid his search in becoming without sin after becoming widowed and searching for forgiveness rather than drowning his sorrows in greed and pride from denial. He is still searching to this day for peace. This means the VVV episode never occurs, since the rivalry between what would be Black Hat and Masked Macabre never sparked the need for bodysnatching to get to his level. )
( Flug takes the place of Goldheart, abandoning villainy when finding out what Cecilia had done, and leaving her to be heroic.. leaving her to be a villain once outed as such. He is known as Air Control )
( Although not much is known of Demencia, we do know she was not taken in an experimented on by Flug in this universe since Flug never became villainous to begin with. Since Demencia had existed to begin with, it is entirely possible she would be saved by Air Control ( aka this AU's Flug ) and dedicated herself to helping him willingly )

Masked Macabre -> Black Hat
( A demon by nature, he wasn't cursed to the mask by Black Hat, instead keeping his original place as the deity of evil and keeping the amount of power he once had instead of having to search for it as a parasite. Is known as El Charro Negro in this one, since Black Hat never took the title from him in this au. His business is less about " helping villains out of generosity " and is more true to being a mercenary group against heroes for the petty individuals who are too weak to do it themselves, or just who need a hand in getting their obstacles out of their way. )
( Outed by Kenning in Highschool, she is left with the reputation she had from it, and swears to excel beyond Kenning in villainy as he is in heroics. She is hired by the Masked Macabre when her science funded by her wealth catches his eye and is brought in with the opprotunities to completely destroy Kenning as a true villain. )
( Was a mercenary to begin with, and was hired instead by the Masked Macabre. Is bound by not only a pledge of loyalty, but her soul.. but stays with him regardless for the strength and opprotunity to take out her rage. )

Bulldozer -> V.I.R.U.S (leaves heroes, joins villain)
( Was a hero once, until a bear took his hand. Out of choices, he went to the villains for his prosthetic for a cheaper cost after losing accessibility to construction and demolition materials immedietly after the incident. He winds up with a new prosthetic, and the power drives him mad. )
( With no internal corruption within the P.E.A.C.E ORG due to all involved holding no biased towards Villains and who they were, they stay on the hero side )
Sunblast & Prenumbra -> Sunumbra Arc Earlier On ( Sunblast is not allowed into being a heroic mascot due to the peer review attendees being so vastly different and viewing his actions as disciminatory when viewed with nuance. Upon being excluded from heroics, he gets to know Prenumbra after a few begrudging attempts to find a reason to continue hating her, and finds none. )
