what’ve    they    done    to    her        ?         time   and   energy   isn’t    wasted    in   questioning   what   he’d   meant,         instead   focused   on   the   dread   growing   in   the   pits   of   her   stomach   at   the   villains   mere   presence         /         what   did   they   do   to   her      ?         they   made   a   hero   out   of   someone   who   could’ve   been   a   monster.

feels   trapped,         and   she   is      -------      separated   from   the   rest   and   confronted,         daiten   keeps   a   distance   between   the   two   of   them         /         she’s   nearly   thankful   that   the   others   weren’t   there,         in   case   rot   would   spread         /         fingers   curl   towards   her   palm   and   she   picks   at   her   fingertips   anxiously.

last   parts   hit   a   pinched   nerve,         that   she’d   let   them   use   her   for   their   own   gain,         some   even   treating   her   as   if   she   were   the   villain   himself.         frustration   shows   in   her   expression
