Henry Emily Connoisseur

I def get the appeal of William being flirty and affectionate with Henry in public but considering it was the 80s and just how much he valued his work and reputation he'd be insanely careful about it. So much of his life is planning and overthinking just so everything works out for him. I don't think he'd push Henry away or anything but he'd make sure everyone saw them as friends and nothing more. I feel Henry is around the same.

Henry projecting his relationship with Will onto Vanessa and Mike has so many fucked aspects I really dig it. He likes seeing a more positive (kind of) "version" of what he had with Will, what could have been. But he's also jealous he couldn't have that, as well as being sad that it never happened. Just a mess.
